Convenient and accommodating. The only bit of criticism would be the lack of free weight (barbell) areas/equipment. They have a single stand-alone deadlift platform and 2 power racks.

I'm visiting from Colorado and this is one incredible gym. The manager, Alex, was incredibly hospitable when he greeted us at the door. Everyone in driving distance should be using this gym.

Fantastic customer service! Dylan went the extra mile to look after me. There’s a great selection of equipment here and it’s not overcrowded like many gyms in OC! Will definitely be back.

Jose the front desk worker needs to get himself in check. He is so rude and eager to make you sign up and buy what he calls his “deals” and if you dont he will threaten you. He threw me a piece of paper, and later rolled his eyes at me. He basically told me I wasn’t fit for hit gym and would be an embarrassment “not a good look for this gym”. Someone please have a serious talk with this guy

I've been a member since 2008 and I've never EVER once been accused of training anyone until a few weeks ago at this gym. There's one trainer (I think his name is Prick) there who has been hounding me thinking I am training one of my friends, when clearly her and I are on different schedules and work out 99% of the time alone. Management has even been going around asking members if I am training people, like I'm some kind of threat them. I'm not an idiot - I know it's against the rules because I once was a trainer, and we wouldn't allow anyone to train if they were not an employee at the gym. I tried calling Danielle twice, who is the regional manager, to no avail. It's safe to say I am taking my business elsewhere.

Over all a good gym with a awesome juice/smoothie bar, friendly staff all around. I usually stop in after work to shower before my long trip home and sometimes work out if I have time as this is not my local gym. The showers are kinda nasty and could use and update.

I can’t say enough as far as this location is concerned. It’s a great place to workout out comparing to all the other locations that I’ve visited. I would love to see them become a 24 hour location. I personally would prefer longer hours. The facility is clean, very organize with hard working & friendly staff. Always have room on the ball court.

Love this gym! I come here all the time with my sister and we love how clean everything is. There are so many machines and options for exercises, so I really get my workout in. Highly recommend :)

Great staff working there. I want to give thanks to Alex for his common sense approach as a staff member. He and the others, are professional and reasonable. They are what pushes this gym to 5 stars. The facility is great for price. The gyms that are the next level up are typically 4x the price but not necessarily 4x better. Thanks again and keep it up guys.

I really like this L.A fitness, the location itself (right off the 5) there is ample parking and restaurants in or near the gym. As soon as you walk in you’ll notice it’s not like any of the other sister gyms, directly behind the check in counter is the personal training area that have tons of supplies, trx, kettle bells, aqua punching bags, medicine balls. I mean it was a Sunday and I didn’t see any trainers so I’m sure everyone else can make use of the area. To the right are some cardio machines and what looks like a HIIT class. To the left would be the classes such as; Zumba, cardio kickboxing etc the basketball court behind and the locker room where you can access the pool and spa.Upstairs is crazy, ton of cardio and weight machines which is great because that means you never have to wait for a machine, I love it. The only thing I can suggest is possibly having more sanitizing stations. Also, members are very courteous here and re-rack their stuff. I really enjoyed the spa definitely relaxed my muscles; the shower pressure was good. Overall, I’d come back.
