My girlfriend and I have been working out here since 2021. After COVID hit, we were looking to improve our eating habits, physical routines, and ultimately, just look/feel better. I was always on the fence about going to a personal trainer, when of course you can just hit the gym yourself. But, if you’re like me, the value comes in having someone “train” you to healthy mechanisms. This is one of those things where you’ll want to un-learn some bad habits and start taking direction from people who preach and live their words.My gf found her “fit” with one of Dan’s other trainers and really crushed it in terms of losing weight, eating healthy, and just living her best life.I work 1:1 with Dan, and he provides me with nutritional coaching, physical coaching and is all around just a great guy. This is a cool local business worth supporting. Definitely check out Dan and his gym to see if this could be a good fit for you. This is one of the few times I can really write a review and give it my full love because the training here lasts for a lifetime. I hope you guys check it out!

I trained with Codie for 5 months, from July to November 2021, and only have great things to say about this place.Codie is very knowledgeable and patient. He fixed a lot of my bad workout habits and taught me how to move to make the most out of my workout. He also showed me exercises to relieve the neck stiffness I had after long hours at a desk job, which greatly improved my sleep quality. His training programs are fun and challenging and I have never thought I would like circuit training! I truly enjoyed every single session with Codie.Dan is very resourceful and reliable. If you ask him questions about nutrition and a healthy lifestyle, he will give you clear guidance based on scientific research. You will also learn tons by reading the resources he shares with you.This gym is not a typical gym that only helps you lose weight and have a toned body. You can learn so many things that impact your lifestyle for the long term.Another huge plus - you can train while watching beautiful sunset with the pristine lake view. Already miss this place. I truly hate to exercise. For years I could get away with fad diets and short busts of workouts for weight maintenance, but now in my mid 50s that old routine wasn’t working. I was gaining weight, tired all the time and not sleeping well. I knew another diet wasn’t the answer and I also knew I needed accountability. OC Fitness Coach has been life changing— Jerome, my trainer is a miracle worker. I no longer dread working out. He makes it fun and challenging. I am fitter now than I have ever been. I’m no longer tired all the time and actually enjoy exercise. OC Fitness Coach has great trainers that actually care and listen to your fitness goals. This isn’t an intimidating gym that offers cookie cutter programs. Can’t say enough good things about my trainer Jerome and OC Fitness Coach owner, Dan. Give them a call, you won’t be disappointed.

I've been coming here for almost 4 months now and have absolutely loved this facility! Caston has been an outstanding coach that really tailors to his clients to work towards their individual fitness goals. Dan and every other trainer i've had the chance to work with have been very kind and professional. If you're not a fan of big group gym settings this is the perfect place to achieve your fitness goals in a comfortable environment. Could not recommend OC fitness coach enough.

If you want results, this is the place to be. I came to OC Fitness when I was experiencing a frustrating plateau in my routine. I signed up to do the program for a short amount of time and it was worth it. For the first time in a long time, my body looks toned. My clothes are loose. And I lost over 10 Ibs in a matter of weeks. Codie is an attentive trainer and he knows exactly how to challenge you with effective workouts each time. Dan is a nutrition expert and knows exactly what your body needs. He shares valuable insights throughout the journey. They both helped me understand “the why” behind what we were doing. I now know the type of mindset I need to have both nutritionally and physically to get the best results. I feel more confident continuing this weight loss journey after the program. Thank you both. I’ve never been the big gym type. I need the individualized instruction and guidance geared toward my specific needs and goals; not a one size fits all approach. OC Fitness is a perfect match for me! It feels like my personal fitness studio with a few friends working out at the same time as me. No one is there to be seen but rather there to work on meeting their goals. Dan has been my coach for both fitness and nutrition since May. He is effective, knowledgeable, genuinely interested in reaching my goals, pushes me when needed and is always encouraging. This was my first experience with a personal trainer and I am so glad it was at OC Fitness Coach. My trainers were Dan and Jerome and they were both super supportive and helpful to get me on the right path towards my goal. I only had 10 sessions with them but each one was super intense and customized to fit my fitness goals and I could already tell in just a few weeks with them a difference in both physique and definitely just feeling overall stronger. By the last few sessions, I was already lifting more than I thought I'd be able to at the first sessions. And Dan was super helpful with my nutrition and he definitely knew how to adjust my eating habits to get me where I wanted to be. Even after leaving to go back to school, they made me a customized workout plan to continue making progress after my sessions with them. I'm so grateful to have had found this place and I really appreciate Dan and Jerome's help these past few weeks. Dan and the trainers at OC Fitness are great! There is never any pressure and they always try to make it fun. I find working out there keeps me motivated and challenges me to become even better. My husband and I train together and we love it. I'm down 25 pounds, I feel great and have more energy than ever. Dan monitors our nutrition, gives us workout homework and keeps us on track for our fitness goals.

Over the years that I've trained with Dan, he sure has gotten to know my routine, my capabilities (both inside and outside of my workouts) and has continued to tune the program to my needs. Along with the other trainers, Russ and Terran, they still push my limits without hurting my body (they know we can all overachieve). It makes them a respectable and professional workout-relationship.They are just so gifted with what they do, always good vibes in the gym and the workouts change ALL THE TIME! Just fun being there.
