My daughter and I took a private lesson from Kelly and we have been talking about it all day. We loved it and will be signing up for the group classes. I recently moved to OC and have found a new hobby. Can’t wait for the paddle and Pinot next month!!

Kelly certainly made my sup yoga session a wonderful experience! Great energy and non intimidating! I highly recommend going, as I was a newbie and was made to feel very comfortable!

I call SoCal Paddle Yoga “my happy place” because when you are out in the water like that, you are completely in the moment and the world fades away. It’s just the water, the sun, the yoga, and the experience. I can not recommend this class enough - it is fun, relaxing (she will meet you where you are at, no fears!), and a beautiful exercise in mindfulness!

Don’t use this company. They do not handle themselves professionally at all. She said we would have a spot on a certain day and didn’t follow though with it after only giving me a few days notice on a deadline for the money to be sent in. She should have told me upfront if we wanted to reserve our spot X amount would be needed by this date. That did not occur until only a few days before we removed our spot from her roster. My group was trying to sign up and she removed it before they got the chance to. Completely unprofessional.

Such a great class! Kelly is a great soul and teacher. The music during the Yoga was nice and she takes pictures for you and posts them on their page. How cool is that? Rocking gently on the water while doing the poses creates a very peaceful and unique experience. 90 mins of paddling and dong yoga on the beautiful lake with a caring instructor; best $40 ever spent!
