Attending Pilates classes at Sweat OC House has been an incredibly positive experience for me. The instructors are skilled and supportive, creating a welcoming environment. My first class was with Jenelle and she was so helpful. The classes are small so she was able to correct my form when needed . Prepare to work hard.Highly recommend this spot.

I went to sweathouseoc for the first time a couple days ago and it was my first time doing lagree/megaformer. Let me just tell you!! I have been sore for 2 days straight in areas I usually cant target by just going to the gym. It is seriously such an amazing work out!! Susan was the teacher for the class and she was super nice and helpful! very informative and guided me throughout the class. The girls at the front desk are also very kind and made me feel welcomed. I am obsessed and will be trying to return consistently!

My first time at the sweat house let me just say you get a great work out. Lisa was the instructor for this early class. She was so welcoming and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place. So grateful my friend told me about this studio. This most definitely will be my new addiction. ❤️

Love this place! I have been taking classes for almost a year and approaching my 200th class. Classes are challenging and accommodate all fitness levels. You'll tone and tighten your body and improve your mobility and stability. I definitely recommend taking a class. It's addicting!

Took my first class at Sweat House OC in Mission Viejo today, and although it was tough it was an awesome class! Lexi the instructor (and part-owner I believe), was super helpful, informative, and motivational. Everyone was very welcoming and the music selection was excellent. Can't wait for my next class!

Everyone at Sweat House is so nice! They help you get comfortable with the mega-former and the exercise movements. They are always checking your form to make sure they are no injuries. I love that there is no impact during the class. It saves my old joints! I’m 64 and if I can do it, you can too! Class goes by fast, and the music is great. I recommend you give it a try!

Always looking for new ways to challenge myself and switch up my work out. These classes are great workouts and expertly led by some great instructors.From signing up, to booking classes the process is seamless and easy.The Staff is always very helpful, especially for beginners!

I had never done Lagree reformer pilates before and cannot even say how much i enjoyed my first class at Sweat House OC! Hannah's class was amazing, the instructions were so clear and easy to follow even for a first timer that doesn't know the lingo. the fellow students in the class were so warm and welcoming and my body felt SO good after class. It was challenging in the best way. LOVE IT!

I was super new to Lagree and nervous for my first class, but the instructors at Sweat House OC made me feel super comfortable. The workout is amazing, and the program is super addicting! I bought the 10-pack new client bundle, and I'm hoping to continue my membership there. A great experience all around!
