I thought I would take a moment to speak of this gym and Tony. My son and I came into this gym on feb 7th, my son has joined our United States AirForce... However he needs to be at a weight of 190-195 at the time he joined this gym Tony weight him in at 242....Tony gave us no doubt that he would meet this goal. As of today my sons weight is 210!!!!! Exactly one month later!!! Let me just say that Tony has taken on this goal and my son 'as his own' !!!! As a single mom, I can not thank this amazing man enough for what he has done in helping my son Fulfill his dream, Tony goes above and beyond to love and care for these kids. Tony has made a huge impact on my sons life, and to be honest, thank you is simply not enough to show my gratitude for all that this man has done for my son! Tony, May your gym prosper to always be successful!! You will always have a place in our hearts.... Seeing the confidence u have increased in my son as he will soon leave to serve our country makes me forever greatful to you! THANK YOU TONY, WITH ALL MY HEART!!!!!

The routine, workout and training, is a 1 of a kind EXPERIENCE. There is room and a home for all ages and Everyone to come learn, enjoy and get into shape. BAD 2 DA BONEZ is not only Family oriented, but more like FAMILY. Open everyday of the year, hours may vary, but will be available to you. There are sometimes 2 to 3 coaches/trainers but the BIG Bone, Tony Avila is there, pushing and motivating. If it's the day of days, you may even catch me, instructing and showing some of my techniques. Enough of my talking, COME ON DOWN AND SEE/ TRY FOR YOURSELF. BAD 2 DA BONEZ, is a LIFESTYLE.

I have been a member of Bad 2 da Bonz for a little over 5 months. If you are ready to build not only physical strength through various boxing techniques and workouts, but also mental strength, then I recommend you stopping by to experience it for yourself. One of best components about the gym environment is that we workout as a team, and you are welcomed and given the space for personal growth. No matter if you are at a beginners level or advanced, you get to experience working out with the best of the best professional fighters here in Modesto. We are encouraged to exceed our physical and mental abilities by intense and high quality workouts. This includes a variety of combinations from cardio to mitt work, and ab work to speed bags and sparring if interested. Bad 2 da Bonz boxing gym is the go to gym if your ready for a positive change. Tony the owner, and personal trainer, does a fine job on motivating people to step out of their comfort zone and challenge their physical and mental abilities through the art of boxing.

Trained here as a kid for 1 year, and started training with Tony again in the beginning of summer. If you're in the 209 area and looking for a place that will teach you how to defend yourself or to simply get into shape Bad 2 the Bonz is the place to be. Tony is also a funny character, teaches you to have alligator skin (toughness)

I was fortunate to train at Bad 2 the Bonz when passing thru Modesto for a couple of days. I have trained at countless boxing gyms across the U.S. and Canada, and this was one of my favorites! Tony made me feel so welcome when he said "My gym is your gym." How cool is that? Well equipped and maintained facility, high quality coaching, and a serious yet fun atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Bad2Bonz Boxing Gym is Absolutely great !People are very friendly thanks to Tony, the head coach and Owner, who is not only very knowledgeable but also a truly nice guy.The best place to train, spar and fight at your own pace on in one of the many classes, either alone or with the help of a coach or fellow trainee.

My kids go to this gym. Tony is a great trainer and mentor! He always has his clients best interest at heart. He's a great leader and my kids love his style of coaching" No pain no gain"... it's a great way to get your kids to be more confident in defending themselves. The lady behind the counter is always so courteous and kind. Great customer service and strong workout ethic!!
