Fantastic facility with everything you could want in a powerlifting gym. Staff is also very friendly and signing up was easy. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a place to train.

TLDR: Amazing powerlifting gym with an uplifting community. Zero intimidation and overall great experience.For anyone who want's to have a top end lifting experience training by themselves, or being a social butterfly surrounded by great people this is the place to be. There is zero judgment from the second you come into the facility to are greeted by whoever is at the front desk. They actually care about your workout and about what you have going on in life. A true family owned business through and through.You see every level of fitness from the first time lifters learning to ropes to elite level lifters moving crazy cool weight. The best part about it is that it's celebrated equally and everyone is there to support each other.The equipment, rigs, and machines are all maintained properly and give you a true powerlifting gym feel from calibrated weights to get you competition ready to regular iron weights that sound great when you're lifting. (Maybe that's a personal preference). There is not a single thing I have used that makes me feel like a corner was cut.Overall this has become my favorite powerlifting gym to workout at in all of Modesto.I would and will recommend this to anyone and everyone!

From the first day I stepped into this gym I have called it home. If you love powerlifting or working out in terneras the environment that this gym has is perfect for you. It’s filled with friendly faces and an amazing staff that is super friendly and they have a coffee machine for those early morning workouts!!

You don’t have to be a power lifter to work out here but it’s been beneficial in regards to learning proper form for my own training. Love how accessible and clean this gym is, the owners and everyone who works out there are extremely friendly. Overall it’s been a positive experience 🤗 …

No doubt, best gym around. Whether you're a powerlifter who likes to go heavy or someone who just wants to get in shape, this is the best place to achieve all your fitness goals. All brand new equipment, open 24/6, and it's in a convenient spot just off the freeway. Great staff, super friendly and always willing to help any way they can. All of these great things and they're just getting started. I know theres more to come in the future. Highly recommend this gym, do yourself a favor and go give them a visit.

This is a family owned and operated facility that has truly taken the utmost care and accountability in providing a welcoming and high energy atmosphere. You’ll find lifters of all ages and ability as well as top notch quality equipment. There’s a huge amount of value in the experience provided by Barbell Alliance, everything from member highlights on their social platforms to product giveaways and parties. First visit is free, day passes are available after that and the membership fee is more than reasonable for the level of service provided. I’ve been coming to this gym for 3-4 months now and I can honestly say it’s the best gym I’ve ever been too. It’s always very clean and the equipment is the best out there. The owners are the nicest people and they ACTUALLY CARE about their members unlike other gyms. If your thinking about making the commitment to a gym this one is by far the best choice in the 209 ❤️

great gym with incredible aesthetics and equipment. great for powerlifters, bodybuilders, or those who just want to get into shape and stay fit! would recommend it to mostly anyone, for complete beginners it might be intimidating, but as an intermediate-slightly advanced lifter like myself, this gym has quickly become my home.
