I have been waiting 3 months for my baby's classes. He has only taken one class a month ago and has not had another class. This place is not professional.

Brenda WAS a nice place until lily came into the picture. She is insanely racist to others expect white people, she is also incredibly rude towards everyone she meets giving attitude and yelling. she does not care for the members there what so ever. She also hates kids with a passion, my little ones were just playing and she stampers in like a raging bull YELLING at ME AND MY KIDS. i was incredibly upset and furious with the way she acts. Lily disgusts me, she should not be apart of the brenda staff, shes making this business, a bad place.

Brenda use to be a good place until Lily came into this community. Lily is most likely one of the worst workers at Brenda. As you can tell, most bad reviews are about her including mine. I think this is a sign to the manager because Lily is ruining experiences at Brenda. She has so much attitude and when you need help she can care less. She has AirPods in while shes literally working which is extremely ignorant. She makes fun of people when she has no room to talk. She needs to get her attitude checked immediately. She seems racist because she treats “white people” with so much respect but anyone else who isn’t her kind is not important at all to her, and you can tell too just by the way she acts. I left a while ago because I will not allow myself to be treated with disrespect from something I spent my money on.

Lilly is the best employee here. My dog was choking and she ran out of the office preformed the heimlich menuver on both me and my dog. Did a back flip gave me 20 dollars and went back in the office.

Great gym club. Good tennis instructors, good class options, lots off work out equipment. However- the management needs to fix/ repair the equipment. Petal straps torn upholstery torn sand cracked sanitizing bottles broken or unavailable, handles on pedestal bikes totally loose!

I have asked management to give me a call. Lily has either not passed on my message or management does care. I have been a member here for over a year. My kids would like to use the swimming pool during the summer. They will not allow my mother to watch them swim with a punch card (from what Lily says) due to theft in their locker room. I never put my account on hold and really we only use the swimming pool since they don't offer child care anymore. I showed up on Sunday and they had a HUGE party for one of the members going on. There was literally 12 adults sitting at the tables when they have a whole room they can sit in. I know my family and a couple others that are ready to pull their memberships since they bend rules for some and then they want to charge my babysitter(mother) $20.00 a session to just watch her grandkids swim. I have asked several times if I can add her to my account and I have had major attitude from the staff. No wonder why - the manager can't even figure out how to call me back. It's been a week, I have been patient and still NO answers. I would like a call from the owner next. Lily tried to say my number wasn't correct and I told her what it was so that excuse better not be used again. I'm very annoyed and I would like my children to be able to use their gym passes and swim during the week with no hassle. If you ask me BAC is just trying to make as much money as possible it has nothing to do with theft or they would be canceling these huge birthday parties.

Fun place with great friendly people, however they lack pride in their facilities. Management and owners need to implement better housekeeping and maintenance programs. Employees are friendly and hard working.

All the people are very nice with the exception of Lily. She made fun of one of the members after he left the front office, and when we told her thank you you for your help she just rolled her eyes and said mmmhmmm.I own a business and would be livid if one of my employees treated my clients this way. Very unprofessional.We will be cancellingour membership if this continues. One bad apple can break your business.

I've been here a few times prior using a punch card then eventually signed up for a membership. I like the facility but there is one employee that I dread seeing when I check in and leave. Not sure what her name is but she's a young white girl with short-medium length brown hair. Every time I've seen her she has a bad attitude. Seems like she hates her job. At times she makes me feel uncomfortable for no reason. Whoever decided to hire her needs to reevaluate their decision-making skills because this particularly employee is not fit for the job. I'll try to update with her name when I see her again. I've only ever been there when it's around the evening.
