Very rude employees. Specially the mexican girl who says is the supervirsor. They like to humiliates customers in front of other customers. Very disrespecful.

this is one of my favorite places to work out. They have friendly staff and there is never a problem getting any machines or connecting to Wi-fi.

No judgment is correct. I love the staff, the night crew has my heart as they give me my space yet are very attentive for any issues that may arise which are none.

This gym is an absolute joke. They have no policies or rules written in stone. Basically if youre dressed like barney you get to do whatever you like 😂 canceled after a month. …

Went in to get a membership but wanted to try out the gym first. Then I ask if they have a day trail before I pay. The lady said no they don't have one. On there website it states they have one. So the lady is lying. It says no judgement zone but I felt judged as soon as I went in. Every employee is fake and rude. I tried to call 6 times and so did my wife. Not one answer. Then they comment on how we should call the manager and give the gym another try. Yeah no thanks. To make matters worse the parking sucks and it's in a spot with a lot of hobos. A man came in with a gun in his pocket and grabbed candy then walked back out. That makes another point. Why do they have candy there when people are trying to lose weight.

Me and some coworkers getting burritios at the breakfast burrito place down the street decided to stop in front of the signage stating "no judgment zone" a few weeks ago and ate our burritos while watching people run on treadmills and one guy very clearly using a lat pulldown machine improperly who made eye contact with us. It made us feel better that while inhaling the, at minimum, 1,250 calorie burritos before heading to work that we were not being judged. Thank you for that

I joined the gym a month back and The person showed me the gym told be all about the plans. I asked what if i need to cancel. He said just cancel within first 10days of a month and thats it, there is no charges and you can still use the gym till 17th of the month. I work as a consultant, so i always ask when i join a gym because i keep movingLast week i went there to cancel because i was moving. Then the person told me1. i can use the gym but i cant use black card benefits till 17th2. There is $58 CANCELLATION FEE! That no one told me about. He said its in there when you sign the contract. And i bet it must be in there, but i specifically asked the person when i joined, he didn’t mention anything.I also met the manager but he also said there is nothing he can do about it!So i am writing it, if you are joining PF, please keep this part in mind.Regards

My only complaint is almost every time I do the 30 minute circuit someone is in there hogging machines. You are supposed to follow a light and move when it turns red. I've often had to skip parts of my workout because of this. There is a big sign stating they watch the area and only to do the circuit, but no one ever comes by to monitor.
