They pick and choose who they let bring a bag in ? If you tell one person they can’t have their bag on floor, you have to let everyone else know as well!!

This is my favorite gym. I've been going here forever. I wish that it was open but the Rona had other plans. Please open soon because I miss you a lot gym

4.5 out of 5. Super clean gym. Great friendly staff. Only thing is they don't have several of the machines I normally use as well as close to no freeweights.

I've been a member for two weeks. I can't believe someone open my locked locker and stole all my personal belongings. (Wallet, money, car keys, everything). This never happened in other gym I visited

Woke up bright and early to get a day pass. Didn't take my wallet just took some cash to pay my day pass. They don't accept cash. Didn't even have any signs up informing you that cash is not accepted. Front staff didn't even try to work with us and it was our first time. Very disappointing.

Been coming to this gym for about 5 months now and will continue to go. Staff is friendly and gym is clean. Only thing stopping it from being 5 stars is there is always at least one or two machines out of order. It's like as soon as they fix one another goes down.

All I can tell you is read the fine print of the contract you are signing up for. Now that the state has gone down with the colored tier due to the pandemic, this was my first time to go in and be able to cancel my contract. They told me that because I am requesting to cancel before the 25th of the month, I am going to be billed $40 for the annual fee anyhow even though I missed it by one day. I am giving them two stars only because they are cheap with the monthly dues and the customer service is very courteous and friendly. But what really matters is the pocket and the money that they are trying to rip off the customers like myself. I’ve been burned by other gyms in the past and it appears that planet fitness is nothing new. Today will be their last $40 they are getting for me. The only reason why I signed up is because I injured my knee and I needed recovery equipment.
