Turn your world upside down and experience something new.I went to my first aerial yoga class here a few months ago and it was so much fun! A bit tight on the hips, but that's my fault for neglecting my flexibility focus. The staff is very friendly and my instructor Alese was very great!If you live in the area, you should definitely check them out! They have a wide range of fitness classes not just aerial yoga. Although I highly suggest you try it at least once, it's super fun! 😉
