I came in there yesterday to get assistance with the promotion that didn’t show online but was sent to me via Facebook and the 2 black guys one was a mngr totally ignored me , he didn’t know much about the promotion nor did he seem interested in helping me from the beginning very poor customer skills and this was on 02/072023

Came at 8:05PM for a first visit to see if I would like it or not since I’m a Crunch member only to find out you can’t do a first day visit after 8 which they should’ve explained to me on the phone when they called me to come and try it out. Staff weren’t helpful at all one guy was so welcoming and tried to sign me up until the other guy decided to cut him off and refused to let me in because I came after 8. Funny thing is I was with two other people who have a membership and kept recommending to join Amped. Should’ve stayed where am at. Crunch Fitness is way better at least they have some great customer service who’s really willing to help.Bad experience would not recommend.

Unprofessional, negligent and inattentive staff especially early morning trainers. Their 24 hr access is a sham. The managers have not resolved my access issue since a year now on top of it these trainers with attitude have audacity to stop allowing the access even though I have a active membership.

If you are from out of town do not pay for any passes here! I paid for a week pass instead what they gave me was a contract without me knowing they signed me up for a gym in the city and state that I don’t even live in. Instead of rectifying the situation the lady at the front Dess over talked me spoke condescending to me and called me a liar to my face. This gym is trash like the rest of this state. This happened on 11.26.22

If. I could give them 0 start I would do it. The worse gym ever been. They do not explain to you all the hiding fees they have and awful contract policy. They do not care for you just for your money. Do not sign any contract with personal training is a nightmare.
