The equipment In the gym is decent but there are never open spots. It is always crowded, and worst of all they blare the yoga classes over the loud speaker. Terrible place to workout :(

I called in to speak to someone about a membership and the young man I spoke with must have been distracted by the conversation going on around him that I couldn’t get the information I needed please get better customer service for the people that interested in joining

I was just checking prices to see if it's still the same as a few months ago. Because I had broken my arm and hurt several other body parts (crashed my electric bike), so now I'm nearly healed up and thinking about joining the YMCA again? This 72 year old Vietnam era Air Force veteran doesn't want to get flabby by-golly!!! Lol

I love this place! I hate to exercise but love the Silver Sneakers program. The instructors are courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. YOU should join!

Rules not enforced. Children unsupervised running everywhere. Machines frequently unplugged. Tennis courts impossible to reserve. Inattentive and rude staff. If this wasn't the only indoor tennis and basketball option in Muncie, I'd be out of here in a heartbeat.
