I attended my first class 6 weeks ago with my daughter... loved it so much.... that I returned the next day and signed up for the unlimited plan. 6 weeks later 🙌🏻 it’s the best gift I could have ever given myself. The instructors are very pleasant, encouraging and professional.I love this studio!

If you want a fun and challenging workout without all the drama, this is your place. Some barre places have the room packed with the hollywood yoga types who can intimidate or be downright rude to those of us at the beginning of our fitness journey or in our later years. Barre 11 is open and welcoming to all shapes, sizes, ages, races, labels, or groups. The instructors know what they are doing, will give you modifications to make it easier or harder depending on your level of fitness (or injuries). Sweet and wonderful people all around who will make you feel that workout in a great way.

I have been coming to Barre 11 for about a year. Everyone is so welcoming there and the instructors are fantastic! I recently ran into a friend who hasn't seen me for a few months and kept talking about how fit I looked. Thank you Jen, Paula, Sherri, Melissa and Ali!!!!

Love this place.. Never even knew what a Barre class was.. Bought a voucher on Groupon to try it and I loved it. Now I'm a member.My arms and legs are getting very toned..I also like that it's not like a gym.. Instructors know your name and take the time to position you to insure your doing the positions correctly so you won't hurt yourself..

I just took my first barre class this morning with Jen....it was fantastic!! I have already signed up for 6 more classes. Don’t get me wrong, it was a tough work out but Jen was so good about watching my form and helping with the positions. She was also encouraging everyone, (she knew everyone by name, I was very impressed). Barre 11 is exactly what I need to get me back in shape and be encouraged by other women. I highly recommend Barre 11!!!
