I’ve loved my experience at BPF. Kevin and the team have help me reach my personal fitness goals as well as PRs on the weightlifting side. I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a knowledgeable staff, friendly atmosphere, and a family of fitness enthusiasts to definitely give BPF a try.

I joined around 2 years ago. Joining a functional fitness gym can be intimidating but BFF truly makes it feel like a family environment from day one. Programming is fun but challenging. I’ve went from dropping almost 25 pounds in the first 8 months to gaining it back in muscle.Give us a shot. Last Saturday of each month is open house. See you there at 9am sharp.

Blueprint is an awesome gym and great environment. If you want to improve your overall health and fitness, this is definitely the place to get you there. The workouts are challenging and well thought out where you walk out of there completely smoked, but happy at the same time… Freaking love this place!

Kevin and Teresa have created a gym where all are welcome and made to feel part of a family. The people are friendly and the workouts are for anyone. I personally have been training with Kevin since 2016 and appreciate his guidance and patience as I am not always able to get to the gym on a frequent basis, but somehow can catch up and feel good when I leave.

I have been working out at Blueprint for a little over a month now and to say it’s been great is an understatement! I’m so glad I stepped out of my comfort zone and joined this group! I stumbled upon Blueprint a few months ago and cannot write enough praise to sum up my experience. I have been to multiple gyms with similar fitness programs in this area, but have left all of them with a sour taste in my mouth. Kevin and Blueprint however is a rare diamond in the rough. Kevin and Teresa are incredibly friendly and approachable and are always ready to spread their knowledge and kindness. The community and culture they have built is no different. Everyone is extremely welcoming and supportive regardless of your current fitness level. The community is made up individual ranging from grandparents looking to keep up with their grandchildren to athletes seeking to enhance their current level of fitness to the next level. But all members alike socialize through events organized by Kevin and Teresa who are always looking to bring the community closer together. Bearing the risk of sounding like a salesman for the place I have come to call a second home, Kevin's membership prices are extremely affordable given all that is included once you become a part of the Blueprint family. Thank you Blueprint for what you have created and the constant motivation and inspiration you offer.

BPF has been amazing for me! This place is way more than just a gym. I mainly go to 5am, and it is such an awesome group of people. I love the small atmosphere. The workouts are easily adaptable for any skill level, and the coaches are always willing to help! I’ve been a member for a little over two years, and I plan to continue my fitness journey here! I dropped 30 lbs and my body has transformed in ways I never thought possible. Give it a try! You won’t regret it!

BPF is a “CrossFit style” gym that’s a great entry gym for beginners and intense enough for serious athletes. The vibe is casual and supportive. No need to have expensive workout gear or gym anxiety.No fancy (or any) locker rooms, no tanning beds, no juice bars, no drill sergeant coaches. However show up 3-4 times a week and I promise, I PROMISE, you will have noticeable results in a month.Tell Kevin I sent you.
