I love this place. I’ve never gravitated towards group fitness, especially at 37 postpartum- but I love it (and hate it - because it’s hard)! It’s such a great community, the trainers really push you to do your best & it’s always further than I would have pushed myself. They also listen when I tell them my body has reached its limit. My sister and I joined together and my husband signed up this week. My girls will grow up seeing their family active- & that’s all thanks to Burn.

I love Burn Boot Camp Smyrna! No matter if you’re new to a fitness routine or advanced, you will fit in here! The instructors are fun, caring, encouraging, great motivators, and skilled. They offer modifications up and down for exercises for all levels. The workouts are challenging for everyone- women AND men. The workouts are varied so you are never doing the same thing twice, which is a huge plus. The opportunity to schedule regular personal focus meetings are helpful for accountability, encouragement, goal-setting/goal-tracking and for the instructors/members to connect on a personal level to. One of the things I love is that they strive to know who you are and you are welcomed into the gym each time by name. It’s a positive environment and beautiful facility too. The showers, changing rooms, etc. are top notch and good for those trying to get their workout in before/after work. The childcare is well-run, fun for the kids, and clean. I highly recommend everything about Burn Boot Camp Smyrna!
