I like it here. Nice equipment and it's not overly crowded when I go in the middle of the day. I like my trainer/coach Sam Ferguson, he's very knowledgeable and I believe he has me on a track to get me to my goals.

It’s a cool gym but it’s still lacking for $70/month. The overall place is too small really. The powerlifting section is cool but again way too small. The Eleiko equipment is top notch BUT horribly taken care of. People use the Eleiko comp plates/bumpers and bars in the incorrect manner. For as long as the gym has been open, I’ve never seen such lack of care for the expensive equipment. There’s also only one platform, which is also too small , one bench and one monolift. If changes do happen, I will update this review.

Love the atmosphere here! The staff is very personable and non-intimidating. The equipment and build out on these two gums is like nothing I’ve ever seen before from a boutique gym.Feel grateful to have these facilities in my hometown.

This gym is phenomenal and extremely clean! The Franklin location is 24/7 which is fantastic. They have an awesome military rate for all my guardsmen and reservists! My literal only beef is the music but that’s why I have headphones. 10/10 would recommend.
