Club Pilates has changed my body and my life! Just one example—Jean’s Cardio Sculpt class yesterday left me feeling fitter, stronger and hopeful of a better body! Every instructor here is great, though. They are mindful of safety, able to help people with injuries and frailties adapt, and just plain nice to everyone.
