Walked in to view your complex. I had some questions about training. I was invisible completely ignored. I want to thank you for that experience. Just proved a point for serious training on a professional level to go elsewhere. AROOOOOO

Evan has been training a group of us to help prepare for the Tough Mudder in October. He has created a program for us to mimic the obstacle challenges. I am already feeling the results physically and getting more confident that I will get past them come race day.
