*** Updated: ETC continues to be warm and welcoming, encouraging children to do tough things. ***I love how patient these coaches are with all of the kids. You can tell the children are excited to be here! The devotionals are also a huge plus for our family.

Our daughter has been going here for over 5 years. She's grown so much in skill and character. They hire the best coaches. Second to none!

I went to watch my grandchildren, but was so disappointed in the coaching I have witnessed. If a child is doing the task wrong I just feel as if they should coach them in how to do it correctly. I wish there was a way for me to add the photo of the coach spotting the vault. She was actually eating her yogurt instead of spotting. I would never recommend this gym.

My beautiful granddaughter goes here and she loves it! She told me Grammy I love going here because we pray and stretch before we start our class! I just love my Princess and enjoy watching her. I just wish there were more places to sit and watch!

We took the last 4 months off during the holidays, basketball and cold/flu season. I called to get my kids back into classes 10 days ago. Today was the day they were to start back. I arranged everything over the phone and nothing was mentioned about needing paperwork, forms, etc. I even confirmed I had a card in file for payment. My sister in law took my kids today while I was at parent teacher conferences, their names were on the rosters, but because I didn’t hVe updated paperwork, they wouldn’t let them participate. My 3 year sat and cried while watching his cousin in class and my 7 year old was pulled off the floor even though I was coming as soon as conferences were over. I am so disappointed in ETC. I’ve had a kid enrolled here in some fashion for roughly 10 years. The entire front office staff are new and it’s obvious. They are not friendly or courteous. If it weren’t for Coach Dean and a few other coaches, we would take our business elsewhere. In addition, they recently rescheduled birthday parties of 4 different kids that were booked for next month because of a scheduling error. Those parties are not cheap and planning is not easy. Overall very poor customer service lately. I hope something changes because it’s not what it used to be.

When I was around 7-9 years old, I suffered seperation anxiety, but my parents gave me the confidence to go alone and this place has lots of girls, but ETC managed to make me comfortable with them and allowed me to feel alive and also made me feel confident even if I was a(n) outcast being like the 2nd boy in a group of like 10 girls. Great job, ETC Gymnastics! 👏👏👏

Honest review here. Just my two cents. This place was awesome a couple of years ago but does seem to be degrading a bit. The coaches are not engaging and often rude to the class. My daughters' coach will give an order and then spend the next ten minutes talking to the other coaches in a huddle while the class does the routine. Not surprised as they seem like high school girls and haven't got the patience or demeanor of an older teacher just yet. I believe this place is good for keeping our kids entertained but not really good for parents that want their child to learn gymnastics. This is basically an indoor playground. I think the turnover rate for "coaches" is pretty bad currently, which is to be expected given the poor job market. The fact that they shortened the classes and then raised the rate per month irks me but whatever. I'm sure they found they can fit another class in the work day without having to pay the coaches more. That's a business trying to turn a profit so I don't fault them too much for that. I do wish they'd figure out the parking of the facility. I've given up trying to find a parking spot and just park where I can in the grass at the street. Also, as other reviews have mentioned, the upstairs viewing area is pretty gross. They'd be good to give it a deep clean once or twice a week. In the end, my daughter leaves every class wanting to come back so my irritations with the facility are more of just my own grumblings. We're there and not leaving it due to her seeming to enjoy it.

My daughter is currently in All-Stars! She still absolutely loves it. We used to do private lessons, but stopped because of covid temporarily. She is doing so well in her class and loves being a part of her class.

Our home away from home! We have had the pleasure of being part of the Murfreesboro ETC family for over 3 1/2 years now, and have been blessed with lifelong friends in addition to coaches who are like family to us. My daughter is on the competitive team, and ETC has changed her life in so many positive and priceless ways. The owners and coaches concerns, will ALWAYS be for the well-being and safety of the kids. Office staff will welcome you with a smile and is always eager to take care of whatever you need. The staff goes above and beyond with cleanliness, making sure the gym stays clean & sanitized. We are proud and blessed to have found ETC!
