I started taking classes here in summer 2013 and I fell in love with hot yoga. The instructors are great and membership packages are super reasonable compared to other yoga studios. I can take power yoga if I want my butt kicked, Hot 26 for maximum sweat, or restorative to calm the mind and body. Love Gold's Hot Yoga.
