I love this place. I had a membership at just a regular gym but switched to this and don’t regret it one bit. The customer service is great as well. Bailey Johnson was just one of the great employees I talked to.

We've been members for several years. The floors, rooms, glass doors & equipment were always clean but the last few months I can't say that's true anymore. The staff is friendly but I don't see them actively taking care of the space anymore. Plus there's a lot of recent issues with the application and location security not let people in when there's no staff. It's disappointing because I love this form of working out but the filth is a distraction and I hope it changes soon.

I’ve been a member for 2 yrs in Murfreesboro, TN on Rutherford Rd. It’s awful to say the least. The saunas never get to the temperature you set it at and I never get the sweat I want or sometimes no body sweat. Reading these reviews I knew they were lies. I’m canceling my membership today!
