Lyndsay is a very competent trainer and not only does she want to help her clients achieve fitness results, she helps to improve other aspects like mental fitness and quality of life. She truly cares about her clients.

The program is great its helping me change my eating habits allowing me to have a better quality of life. Some days are hard and I’m tired before I start but the instructor Lyndsey helps to keep me motivated and gives me the push I need.

I would Motivated Mind and Body 10 stars if I could, Lyndsay is amazing to work with and is clearly extremely knowledgable. Her program teaches you correct technique and how to take ownership for your own health, while still receiving more than competent, professional guidance. I would highly recommend her if you're looking for a personal, private and wholistic approach to your physical and emotional health. My fiancé and I have been working with Lyndsay for about 5 months now and we couldn't be happier. We each do one private workout with her a week and then one together (which is always really fun!). I don't like the distraction of big gyms, Motivated Mind and Body is very private, with only me or my fiancé and I there at a time. Lyndsay is always willing to answer questions and to use her time with you the way that you feel will help you to reach your goals (lifting weights, yoga, talking about nutrition...).
