I really appreciate the help the instructors and owner offer to new found Yoga Practioners like myself. They are generous with their words and encourage you to push yourself to new limits without hurting yourself in the process. I am a beginner in yoga and I visited this studio and knew immediately that I had found the right studio to practice in. All of the instructors including the owner were very friendly and knowledgeable, including patient with me being new to this. The studio was decorated nicely and was very clean. I would definitely recommend becoming a member of this studio and taking the classes and even getting a massage in the zero gravity chair. I am thankful to have found Royal Massage and Yoga
