Love the Programming and HIIT style workouts. The location is easily accessible and the equipment is state-of-the-art and clean. The coaches are all invested in your wellbeing and genuinely care about your progress. Every day is challenging but modifications are always encouraged. Great gym for hybrid training. No two days are the same, which keeps working out interesting and fun! Trainers are very nice and helpful and can adjust specific workouts to suit any level, which is great for beginners looking to get into hybrid training. You get what you put into these work outs, so everyone gets an excellent workout, no matter how fit or new you may be!

It’s the people. It’s the workouts. It’s the challenge. I’ve been trying to motivate myself at home over the last 3 years, and it’s just not the same at all. Going into a gym where you have a real life in-person instructor, mixed with a group of motivated people who want to work just as hard as you do, the challenge is unmatched! And so are the results. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking to gain friendships and strength (both physical and mental)!

Awesome gym. Awesome trainers. Kevin and team are top notch. Highly-productive programming combining HIIT and weights. It’s a bit like CrossFit lite. They offer multiple 1-hr classes from 5AM to 6:30PM to fit anyone’s schedule. I’ve never felt better. 5AM class rocks!

SETS has been great! I have tried lots of different types of workouts over the years and this has been my favorite, by far! They incorporate endurance training, resistance training and interval training all in one 50 minute session. The SETS team is very knowledgeable and provides modifications and alternative exercises if needed. The class setting also provide a sense of community as you see the same people each morning, which makes it motivating to come each day!

10/10 recommend joining SETS. Every day you walk in the entire studio is set up differently, because there are so many machines and tools that are used within the workouts. You’ll definitely know what the target muscles are for the day. They are very intentional with the class planning and use of time. Classes are 50 minutes long and you will be challenged, whether you are new to the fitness scene or you have been doing it for a long time. I attend the 5 AM classes, and it is very encouraging when you see how dedicated the group is to showing up daily.
