Danielle and Loray are such awesome teachers!! They both bring their own unique teaching styles and I benefit from their expertise more and more each class! I learn so much in such a short amount of time with them.. And their soooo graceful on the pole with their smooth and eloquent transitions, it's truly a sight to see.

What a comfortable place to learn without body shaming. Danielle a wonderful teacher. Will be returning every chance I get. Please note knee pads is a must.

Truly one of the best decisions I've ever made when deciding to try pole fitness, and I made the right choice on my home studio. This studio is perfect! I've made friends, and I feel like I'm a part of a family here. All instructors are incredibly helpful and talk you through anything you don't understand. I recommend Studio Synergy to any and everyone!

This place offers Pole classes as well as Barre. Everyone there is very kind and helpful when it comes to the workouts and routines. Definitely recommend giving them a try! I’ve been to a few different classes so far and it has been nothing but fun! I’ve only had the pleasure of learning from Sharon and Daniella, but I look forward to meeting all of the instructors and continuing to learn!

So happy Murfreesboro has this now! I’ve gone to a few classes and have loved every session. The music is great, I love that the classes are smaller in size, and they have a water fountain as well which is a huge perk when you drink lots of water during classes. 😂 Can’t recommend this studio enough! …
