It’s big and the sunrise view from upstairs is excellent. The machines are all in working order. Locker rooms were recently deep cleaned and I can tell. The staff is excellent and very encouraging. The locker rooms are much, much better than the meridian location and the saunas always seem to work.Several of the trainers offer free classes for their trainees on top of your weekly sessions too.

My membership is through a Medicare advantage plan. Gym area is very loud. So loud I pretty much give up on listening to music on headphones. For a while, nearly a third of the treadmills did not work. Sanitation wipes have been easier to find. Overall, it is cleaner than it was toward the last six months of 2022 and early 2023. I used to do yoga there, but an hour at a time got old. Gym is busy and has what I need. They could do better job with sidewalk ice removal in the colder months. Location is convenient and parking adequate.

I only go here because it's convenient to my home. The gym is not well taken care of at all. The bathrooms are disgusting. The women's bathroom was out of soap for WEEKS at one point. I spent $.98 on soap at Walmart and left it in the …

This place has turned to complete garbage. Pool hasn’t worked in almost 8 months they keep telling people it will be fixed in a week. Corporate doesn’t care about anything other than selling memberships. It’s disgusting, dirty and falling apart.

This gym definitely deserves zero Stars. It is awful and literally every aspect. They push you to buy the biggest package and then don't even follow through with the things that are promised in said package. …

I rarely ever review businesses, and if I do, it’s positive :/ On March 2, 2022, I came in to this crunch location to cancel my membership. I signed a cancel membership form along with a lady manager. On this form it reads “if you are …

Terrible gym and extremely filthy. Equipment is always broken and missing. Sauna is never working and hot tub just got closed permanently so there is only a dirty pool left. Reoccurring annual fees every six months and monthly fees every month even after you close the account. Manager is never there and staff never know anything.

Nice gyms and great team. They are nice, helpful and not pushy for private trainings. The kid zone is awesome for parents if you can make it in those select hours. Only complaint as of 2022 summer was not great air conditioning in hot days. Love this gym altogether.

One of the worst gyms I have ever seen! This Crunch location is not worth the time or money. There is not enough barbells to fill all of the benches and squat racks, plus never enough clips to keep the weights safely secured on the bar. The gym is so dirty and rarely cleaned, including the bathrooms. Many of the dumbbells started to fall apart on the ends, causing half of the weight to move into the middle where the dumbbells are supposed to be gripped. The ceiling leaks so buckets are placed in various places to catch the water. At one point the drinking fountain went out and HOT water was the only accessible water. When asked if it was going to be fixed, we were told it was too expensive to fix but you can walk downstairs to get “cooler” water. Machines are constantly broken and equipment goes missing. Had my $50 water bottle stolen after the staff said they would keep it at the front counter for me to come pick up. The saunas never seemed to be functioning well as it was never hot enough in there. New management took over at the end of our contract and there were some improvements, however the customer service was so poor when the new manager handled our cancellation.
