Good place for your kid(s) to go if you work and need some kind of activity for your kid(s)while your taking care of business.

I've been a charter member almost my whole life. The benefits of charter membership outweighs my following complaints, but maybe that wouldn't be the case for day or annual pass holders. You never know when you'll get to swim. The lap pool is reduced to only a few lanes in the early mornings because of a swim team. This causes problems for the before-work lap swimmers. Monday, it was closed entirely due to an electrical issue. The kids' pools are also often reduced to accommodate swim lessons and water aerobics.Other facilities are adequate and clean. You must reserve a racquetball court to play because they're in such high demand. There's a kids' rock climbing wall inside the weight room, so adults can work out while kids play nearby. The classes offered are reasonably priced and varied. There are plenty of aerobic machines upstairs and downstairs.Overall, I keep going year after year. There's really no other game in town for a whole family's recreational needs.

The swimming pool is just a small part of wonderful fun activities you can do here. Basketball and racquet ball is great and of course the gym is awesome. There is never a dull moment when you come with her kids.

Went to just use the pool. A little spendy for an hour of usage. Locker room (women) was dirty and smelled like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. Lap pool and hot tub was very nice. Steam room was very hot. Wasnt able to use the sauna, too many people inside. Not worth $10 per person for just the pool.

We have always loved the rec center. Recently we have been having issues with a staff member named Liz she is rude and snotty to are children along with my husband and I.When I brought this to her attention she began harassing us.This is a family friendly facility that is not supposed to discriminate or allow there staff to mistreat and abuse there disabled members and their children. This woman gives a bad name to this kind of facility and all there trying to do.

I went to sign up for a family plan which seems a good deal at 75.50 plus a $40 activation fee. The receptionist sat and took our photos even after I insisted the angle be higher i tried to hold it myself and she wouldnt let me I even tried to crouch which she made stand up again yet she continued to sit... Grrr. Not a good first impression. I later went to the gym with my son testing out some equipment when I was approached by staff and they told my son he can't work out with weights which is understandable yet they were a little rude about it more barking orders than making a request. They offer other programs for youth. We went swimming. The locker costs a quarter I came unprepared so I took my stuff into the swimming area theft seems likely. Hopefully my experience improves.

Expensive and the only fun water feature (diving well) is closed way more than it's open and even when it's "open" the diving board is often closed because of swimming lessons....why the lessons have to be given in that same spot is baffling to me....TLDR: If you're looking for aquatic fun look elsewhere - the rest of the facilities are acceptable and what you'd expect at a local rec center.

This is my happy place. I enjoy all the classes that are offered. When my grandsons are with me, they can't wait to go swimming. They also like to see if they can lap me on the walking/running track. The facility is spotless and a place where I'm proud to be a member. The sraff is always helpful and friendly. I don't feel out of place with my exercise levels, like I do at gyms where there are too many posers. You should feel good when you exercise and this is my happy place

We love this place! We have had many gym memberships and nothing comes close. There is a sense of family and community at the Rec Center. My family loves to swim and then check out the bouldering wall. This is a great place to be active during the cold winter months!I wish we lived closer and could come everyday!

We were so happy to hear that this place had a kiddie pool. The YMCAs was under construction which was heart breaking for a bunch of todslers (yes ai checked their website and it said nothing, however I should have called too) anyway I do wish the Rec Center had the water fountains and such like the Y but they do make up for it with all the floating balls for the kids to play with. Those balls were probably a bigger hit then the fountains at the Y, with 2 and 3 yesr olds! We had a lofe jacket that was not coast guard approved and the life guard on duty promptly got us another one which was fantastic. However, she talked down to me as if she was talking to a child. I appreciated her prompt effort to make sure my child was safe, but I'm not a two year old and as such do not need to be talked to like one. All in all we had a grest day out here
