Everything about OTF South Nashua is pleasant. Very clean studio, always inviting and friendly environment, very attentive coaches and workouts are for every level of fitness! I was so happy with my experience at this OTF studio. However, the prices are highway robbery as compared to other workout facilities in the area and how many workouts per week one can get. For a chain fitness studio, I was not happy with the prices. I am also a college student with a crazy schedule and the times that I could attend classes, the classes were already full a week-two weeks in advance. Definitely not for those with a busy life or those whom like to get more bang for their buck.

Coach Amanda has been awesome ! She does a great job of pushing me and helping me on the floor with an exercise I am doing wrong or getting me back on the bike for the first time in a long time. She keeps me accountable on the rower by checking my watts and overall she runs an excellent class, lots of enthusiasm and she knows how to motivate me so I get everything out of my workout.

I went in to just review the place yesterday. They provided the tour and told me about the programs. They got my name on file and signed me up for an introductory course on Friday so I could try it out before committing to anything. They told me they needed to have my credit card on file but wouldn't be charging me.I got the confirmation email this morning along with a notice that if I did not show up to the introductory session they would charge me $28. I had to cancel at least 8 hours before my class to not be charged.I did not agree with that business model nor did they tell me about this catch in person otherwise I would have not signed up for, what I thought was, a no-strings-attached complimentary session.Honestly it sounded like a great program and people were friendly. I would have probably bought one of their packages of courses. But that hook of charging me for an introductory class if I did not show up really upset me. I mean, what if I signed up for a class today, got the confirmation email this morning and needed to cancel my appointment because something came up? I would have been charged $28. Not cool.I understand this is their business model and they don't want to lose business but charging for not coming in for a complimentary session just didn't sit right with me so I called (and emailed) to cancel my session.

The trainers plan out the workout so I know I always get what I need. I push myself and burn lots of calories. And I actually enjoy it. Never before did I feel like a gym or workout class really got me results, but with OTF I know it.

I’ve only gone to two classes with my husband and we love it! We signed up for unlimited already. I love that I don’t know what the workout will be and the trainers seem to be very consistent with drive during the whole workout! Loved Sam the trainer!

Everything about this workout is great, not to mention it flies by! It always is the fastest hour of my day- and probably the most rewarding. It allows me to get the guidance I need with orthopedic issues and an amazing workout all at once. The staff is always encouraging and they make the clients feel right at home!
