Me & my fiancé signed up for title boxing a month ago after we told ourselves that we needed a change. It was time to get more active and really challenge ourselves. Zack, Glenn, Christian, and Quinton are all great trainers. They are all so friendly and really motivate and push you to become a better version of yourself. So glad we signed up 💪🏽

Great workout head to toe, cardio, muscle building, losing weight, it's all right here. trainers are knowledgeable, fun and push you beyond what you think you are capable of. Oh yeah, when you go through a workout that challenges you like this the comraderie you build with the ones you are working out with is second to none.

I absolutely love this gym. Give the coaches a hour of your time and make the decision to change your life. I'd suggest one of Alex or Glens class, Tuesday night Kickboxing is my favorite.

DO NOT GO TO THIS CLUB: They are untrustworthy since the pandemic. Repeatedly charged me wrong on my account (first a fee, then my monthly fee when I was repetitively told my account would remain frozen), it took weeks to get refunded. They care nothing about customer satisfaction. Since new management took over, they are HORRID. General staff are friendly, but nothing gets done. Go somewhere else where customers are valued and not seen as a dollar sign $.Managers who were unhelpful include Mike and Shelly.
