Dropped in for a 5:30 am class. Sign up was easy, the location is easy to find and the gym was super clean. The instruction was clear and modifications were made for my shoulder injury on the fly. Everyone made me feel super welcome which speaks to the gym’s culture. Glad I stopped by.

Let me start by saying that I have NEVER been the type to love exercise. In fact, I hate it. It hurts lol. I have tried running, I've tried yoga, I've tried a million different work out regimens to try to find something sustainable. NOTHING compares to Crossfit and what I've gotten from this gym. There's a new workout every day, it's fun, and I feel so comfortable here. The coaches are INSANELY helpful and will work with a.n.y.b.o.d.y. I had zero experience in anything they teach, but now I feel like I've got a pretty good understanding. If you can't do something, they show you how to scale it down to something you're comfortable with and there's ALWAYS room for improvement. It doesn't matter if you've been an athlete all your life, or if you're relatively new to everything (like me lol), Preston and Dustin (the owners) will meet you with a smile every day to help you reach your goals! Truly a place for everyone, I hope to be a member here for many years.

Saw where the owner said I was never there.. I most definitely was! And I remember him exactly telling me NO! Save your money and go somewhere else!-

I dropped in for a 6:30 am workout and everything was first class. The warm-up was more than adequate and the coaching was excellent. The strength portion of the workout emphasized technique and had some accessory work to increase skill. The metcon was well paired and also well coached. The other athletes treated meet like I was a regular. CFN is exactly what I was looking for in a CrossFit gym.

I joined once for a 3 month membership.. Second month I got laid off from work unexpectedly and asked the owner if it’d be ok to put my membership on hold and explained my situation.. He literally said no! Guys a douchebag when it comes to helping others.. There’s better and cheaper gyms other than this place.. Don’t waste your money.

It was alright. Don't know if I'd revisit. Coaches very welcoming, workout was good and a challenge, but warm-up didn't meet needs of shoulder work later on (general stretching, but no specific stretches to address load to come later - heavy deadlift and c2b pull-ups) needed to scale a little bit and was left to figure that out on my own - I was Ok do do that, but 6 years ago I'm not sure i would have been comfortable and didn't know if the gym had standard scales for certain movements or not - seemed like other regulars were confused as well. Totally expected more - just underwhelmed.

Recently dropped in for a morning class and was made to feel very welcome. Great facility, coaching, and atmosphere. Would definitely recommend to anyone interested in a full time strength and conditioning program, or looking for a workout while on the road. Thanks, Coach Joe!

Great gym and a great coach. Dropped in on a Friday and was thoroughly impressed. I have been to several CF's and this was definitely the cleanest one I have ever been too. Joe put on a great class and I will definitely be back when I am back in town.

I had no experience with Crossfit before stumbling upon Crossfit Nashville, and quite frankly it ripped me to shreds. I rarely work out, so it took me a while to get used to these high-intensity work outs. After less than a month, I noticed that my body was toning up, and that my stamina had increased quite a bit. Preston was always quick to help me scale whatever the work out was to what I was able to do, which is great because I wasn't able to do much when I started!
