Love crunch. Love yoga with Alyx! She is also a thoughtful trainer who listens to your needs and also pushes you out of your comfort zone without making it feel like you’re in basic military training.

I told myself I would give this gym 2 months before I decide if I’m going to keep the membership or not. Well I’ve only been going a month so far and I love it. So it’s a keeper! The equipment is nice and new. Some of the pieces I’m unfamiliar with but I’m slowly learning how to use them. I like how the place is setup (which is actually a big thing for me). Everything is arranged nicely. They keep the place is clean which is another biggie for me. I love a clean gym. They offer a variety of classes in the morning and evening which is one of the main reasons I joined. I’m a group fitness type of girl and so far I’ve tried 5 different classes and have several more on my to do list. The app is easy to use and they have a good social media page too. For the rate of the membership, you can’t beat it! Shout out to Dante. I took my first HiTT class today and it was killer. Also Angelique’s Zumba is another one of my favorites. I wish I could remember the front desk attendants names but they are all always very welcoming when you enter! I give it 5 stars.

Crunch Fitness is amazing. Where do I start?From Zumba Angel, Angelique, Lesly and Gina all of them will give you a fun but amazing workout. Scott pushes you in HITT and makes the workout fun too. Roper high impact class will get you pumping!!! Morgan is fun and I love AbsolutionJoining here is well worth it and the staff is super friendly. The front desk staff always greet you with a smile! Glad I joined!

Alyx is the best instructor ever!!! Her energy is so motivating and she always goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed! Once I started going to her classes I never went to anyone else!

Crunch Fitness is a great facility that I would recommend anyone that attends another facility to transfer and join Crunch. The staff are welcoming and helpful. I signed up for a for 1:1 training session and was assigned with Personal Trainer- Adrian. He’s very supportive, motivative and will push you beyond your expectations. Adrian allowed me to set my goals and we focused strictly on them until they were met.10/10 highly recommend

I absolutely love this gym and the staff is very friendly. If you’re looking for a trainer I highly recommend Keri she is AWESOME!! I’ve been training with her for almost a month now and she goes above and beyond to make sure I am reaching my goals, guiding me through my diet and pushing me through my workouts.
