Really enjoy the no frills, brick and mortar aesthetic, and lots of committed lifters come here. They offer skilled trainers too.

I got really lucky with the location,it was within walking distance of our hotel. Not bashing..It was an average gym.. not the most or eclectic equipment.Basic line of hammer strength equipment but not the full line.Plenty of cables & squat racks.Plastic weight though...feels more like a fitness gym.Gym was spacious in areas, very clean, paper towels and disinfectant spray all around&never had to wait for equipment.I have been in way tighter gyms. Also has an up stairs for the cardio equipment. All n All its a basic gym where you can get it in.My complaint is got charged $15 for day pass.

Very dirty gym. Water fountains covered in crud, bathrooms stink and dirty, dirt and dust everywhere. Mirrors have crud on them. I’ve never seen one staff member clean while there. They bring their dogs and they’re in the way. They urinate in the outside gym-which all you can smell is old urine. Old ripped and broken equipment. The staff is to be desired,Not that welcoming. Hardly anyone at the front to greet you. I walked in one day and saw a sign at the front desk to remind members to wear deodorant. It wasn’t a polite sign fyi. You can’t clean your own filthy gym but you’re going to humiliate people to wear deodorant?!They got too comfortable with really being the only space in East. There’s a brand new state of the art gym coming in to East. They should clean up their act and add some equipment and repair what they have, or it’s going to be to late.

While I went, everyone was nice and it felt like how a gym should feel like.Parking is horrid, crowds of people during peak hours make it where you wait a few minutes for a machine. There is a bunch of gym equipment, but it is old and out of date a long with the one water fountain available and bathrooms.

Great gym. Plenty of space, friendly front desk, easy to get day-pass. Lots of fit people that are great motivation.

Super cool gym. $15 for day pass. A lot of equipment, even a tire in a outside area. Enough bells and free weights. Cardio machines of different types. Massive space and very bright with a lot of light.Bring lock for locker.

I have been a member for close to 4 years total during my time moving around Nashville. The owners and staff are excellent, straight forward, and fair. The facilities continue to be some of the best without the over the top flair of "Globo Gym" style equipment. If I wasn't moving, I would be a member for life.

Great place to work out, hit weights and affordable. They definitely don’t limit the memberships, always packed and you’ll be lucky to keep momentum as you will be waiting for others to finish up.The parking is a nightmare, people park on the sidewalk which is a good indicator that the place is full.Overall, it’s a good spot for me and there aren’t any other gyms nearby besides the YMCA on Gallatin; which is not the best.

Great gym, excellent equipment, perfect for a bodybuilding lift , very nice trainers , highly recommended, worth t whatever drive you need to do. They don’t have shakes or pre workout for sale.

I stayed in Easy Nashville for a month and signed up for a $75 guest monthly pass. This gym is well equipped, the people are nice, and has great atmosphere. It reminds me a lot of warehouse style gyms. Well worth checking out if you need to get a lift
