Absolutely LOVE MANDUU!Hands down, the best decision I've made for my overall fitness.Prior to my first session, I was bit skeptical. However, after my first workout, I was convinced--and that was almost 5 years ago!In addition to the benefits of muscle definition and tone, the time commitment is exceptional--only 15 minutes!While the equipment is unique, it's the exceptional trainers that truly make the difference! The trainers go above and beyond to personalize each session while remaining mindful of each client's individual fitness level.I especially appreciate the Green Hills manager, Anna--her ability to personalize the client experience is second to none!I often say, if you're not achieving measurable results from your current workout---ADD Manduu! Nothing else. It will be the best decision for your overall fitness. It was for me in 2018.

I have been coming to the Green Hills location for a year and a half. With a combination of healthy eating and Manduu I have lost over 20 lbs and have seen a huge difference in my muscle tone. I really like the fact that all of the trainers have a degree in exercise science. So they are well educated and knowledgeable. Love this place!

Manduu converted me from a skeptic to a believer quickly. With a profession that keeps me going 10-12 hours a day, the last thing I wanted to do was go to a gym for an hour multiple times a week. I tried Manduu’s free initial session and gave the program a 3 month try. I figured 3 months would show the programs true potential in my lifestyle. I was sold after the first month. The 15 minute sessions are a true workout. I don’t have problems finding time for cardio. Manduu provides the muscle formation part of my routine. I’ve been there 6 months, weight is down 20 pounds, waist down 4 inches. Healthy living is a lifelong choice and I’ve finally found a balance.

Place is insane. Transformed my body in last 12 months. 15 min workout. Nothing more, nothing less. I promise you will not find another way to get a better workout. No impact as well, so you’re not wearing out your body.

Knowledgeable staff, clean space and it really works! After doing this for almost a year I can see a huge difference in my muscle tone. The only thing that can be better is the Manduu app… it’s very frustrating to work with.

I had medical problem for 90 days that I communicated with Manduu yet they keep charging me in-spite of my request to cancel. I have paid for 4 months & have only had my free session & 1 paid session. I’ve asked for cancellation/refund and they keep charging me. $149 x4=$596. Please stop!
