Haven’t left my kids alone at this place since Winter 2022. It was a parents night out event. My younger daughter had a bleeding injury. She told a coach but felt ignored. My older daughter called me from her phone to tell me. I arrived 10 minutes later to find her wandering around with her sister with blood running down her leg. I only saw one adult in the facility. It didn’t seem worth running that person down to let them know I was taking them early when my daughter was hurt, crying and bleeding. We left and on the advice of a doctor went to the ER. Thankfully she was okay. I wrote directly to NGTC about the incident but never received a response.

I just wanted to say thanks for the amazing brown girls gymnastic camp event. Your positive attitude and professionalism were impressive. Thanks for being an outstanding role model for Miyah Graham.

I'm no gymnastics expert but the facility seems very well equipped and up to date. Kids were all engaged with lots of staff. My grandson (8 yrs old) loves his class. Worth a look if you have a child interested in gymnastics.

Working NGTC has not been a poor experience. We sent our daughter to the Girls Rec. After six months, and us continually requesting, they finally tested her for a higher level. Then, they put her on a waiting list for the new class, which was initially fine. However, after seven months of us following up with them on class the availability, they still had not placed her in the new class. Meanwhile, several of her classmates from Girls Rec, which tested after our daughter, were moved into the class we were waiting for. We kept inquiring why and they stopped responding to us.In our experience, this is a poorly run, unresponsive, and mediocre company. We will be going somewhere else.

This place is a joke. I’m not sure where they are hiring these “coaches” from but they should REALLY reevaluate their staff. I think if you’re going to be hired to be a preschool coach then you shouldn’t be fresh out of high school and should have more experience with patience! These kids are 3 years old and screaming at them for their energy or excitement is unacceptable Isabella Yandell! We’ve been coming for a few months and it’s total chaos. Coaches are always rotating, they combine classes because of drop ins and day camps, and sometimes the coaches have more kids then they can watch and they don or communicate when changes are going to happen. It has been a total waste of money and I would never recommend them with my children.

Super kind staff, spacious center, and nice environment. However, there are a few things I dislike about the Nashville Gymnastics Center. First, the toddler (preschool 3-4 year olds) class could have more one-on-one assistance when going through each gymnastics exercise. Currently, the instructor will go over all 5-6 exercises at once, then the toddlers will complete the exercises. Most kids will forget some of the exercises and will continue to do it wrong class after class. If the instructor goes over all exercises at once (which I don’t recommend for 3 and 4 year olds) she/he needs to be more attentive to be able to catch when a child is doing an exercise wrong. This will allow the instructor to show the toddlers how to do the exercise appropriately. Secondly, I dislike how they allow parents to come in and assist their toddler. I feel that is a distraction and limits parents watching from outside to see the progression of their child or even take pictures/videos because the parents are in the way. I assumed that if the child isn’t ready to be on their own they will remain in the baby class (18months -2year). Again, nice environment, but if the opportunity presents itself I will definitely be sending my child elsewhere.

I signed up for Adult gymnastics twice a week and open gym on Saturday. The staff are really nice and the place seemed clean. The only problem I had was being charged 100 dollars for the month of October when I do not even go to that class anymore. ( I had to go out of town for work.) They charged my card without my consent. Apparently, when you sign up it's supposed to be explained to you the charges are reoccurring. The receptionist told me I should have gotten an email stating my card would be charged, but I never received that email. I checked my spam folder and trash folder. I NEVER got an email stating I would be charged. If you are going to drop classes make sure to call. I don't think it's good business to charge people without their consent especially since I haven't even been to the gym in two weeks.

This place is run so well and you can tell with a lot of love. Facility is new and expansive, coaches are top notch and they offer many camps and classes. Also, they have an in house food place. We've been going for years so we know this place pretty well.

My 8-year old son began taking ninja warrior and parkour classes at NGTC when he was 5. While their former facility on Charlotte Pike was more convenient for us, the new facility is spacious and clean and seems to have more room for the elements he loves (like the warped wall). We have been pleased with the quality of instruction and the staff's communication and ability to relate to children of all aptitude levels. They were also flexible in letting us reschedule a day of camp when our son missed one due to illness. Our son has said he wishes he could go here every day before school to get some energy out.

I can't say enough good things about the new NGTC! Our son had an amazing experience there, in both the Ninja classes and the regular five year old class. The teachers were so warm and such good instructors, and the center itself is lovely.
