Dishonest staff. When I signed up, the staff told me about the cancelation policy. Since Just wanted to try OT out, I asked them to cancel my membership at the same time that I signed up for it, that way, the membership wouldn't auto renew. They said that they did, but at the beginning of the month, my account still auto renewed. I was told I signed a contract and that it didn't matter what the staff member said when I signed up.

I was traveling to Nashville for work and I wanted to hit up a few studios while I was there. Nice little studio, very friendly front desk staff! Thanks for letting me visit your studio, if I'm back in Nashville I plan to come back if I can. My home studio is in Bryant, AR and I've been a member since Nov 2018

I love the group aspect of it. It helps when I don’t want to push. I love that OT challenges me to go beyond my comfort level. And the staff at East Nashville location is amazing!

Just recently joined the OT community, and am a big fan of this location. The staff and instructors are great, the logic and science behind the workouts is compelling, and the vibe of the OT community/workout groups is generally strong and positive. It's nice to show up, dive in with the group, and ride that collective fitness momentum together.

It’s like a family. I go in there and EVERYONE is so nice and helpful. I do the workout of the day and am not judged by anyone, I and all participants are only encouraged. Suggestions are offered by the coaches which I love. I look forward to the workouts cause I can feel the difference

I love the community AND anonymity that go hand & hand here… if that makes sense at all. I love pushing myself & doing modifications if i need to, knowing that no one is judging me or keeping tabs on my activity. Every workout is great, the coaches are super fun & encouraging- a few are especially good at correcting form & really paying attention to everyone’s work. I love feeling accepted here & I’m shocked at how much i miss it if i can’t make a class. It’s the first time I’ve felt truly a part of something like this & not intimidated. I’m in deep orange & I’m thrilled with it.

Been coming here for almost a year, amazing energy and always smiling faces from the SA’s to the coaches. This has been the most welcoming gym I’ve ever been to and can’t wait to continue my fitness journey here. All the coaches are amazing and have the best energy but coach Shelley is the GOAT ❤️❤️

Orange Theory is rad. I moved to Nashville while going through a divorce and knew I needed a place to blow off steam asap. I had never tried Orange Theory before but it was close to my house and I like to try new things, so I figured what the heck? Let’s give it a try.The classes really challenge me. As someone with fibromyalgia, a typical workout for me is barre or pilates, so I was nervous about the idea of doing workouts that involved running or jumping or really anything high impact. But the workouts are set up in a way where I can choose to modify the exercises or ask a coach what I can be doing differently to still get a great workout in without destroying my joints in the process. Haha. I don’t feel judged for needing to go slow sometimes and that is a HUGE deal.15 classes later, I’m hooked! Working through different circuits, with different trainers and different levels of intensity keeps me from getting bored or feeling like it’s going to get stagnant. I started out just needing a place to move my body, but OTF has really exceeded my expectations. Not only do I have a consistent place to work into my daily routine, but I’ve lost 12 lbs, have found new friends, and I’m realizing how strong I actually am physically and mentally. That doesn’t happen without a lot of one on one attention from some really caring and dare I say BADASS coaches and staff. So, thank you so much Shelby, Shelley, Ellie, Nate, Joey, Kelsey, Sophie, Stephannie and anyone else I forgot to mention. Y’all have lifted me up so many times in the last month just by asking about my day, taking interest in me, laughing with me, and just being superb humans that are so welcoming. The culture at OTF East Nashville is so refreshing and I am so so grateful to have a safe space to push myself and get better. 🥹❤️ Thank you all for the support and encouragement!

OTF East is the best studio in town! Have been a member for a few years now. All the coaches and staff are great, but if I had to pick favorites, Ellie and Shelley are the most fun!

Tried my first ever Orangetheory class yesterday and absolutely loved it! After not having a consistent workout schedule in almost 5 years, I think I've finally found the place that is going to get me back into shape and back into loving exercise. I was nervous that I would not be able to keep up with the class, but my coach was very understanding that it was my first class and pushed me just enough for me to get a great workout. Can't wait to start my new fitness journey at this awesome studio!
