The atmosphere here is fantastic. The staff are so friendly and informative. It was my first time here but all of the equipment placement just makes sense and the staff gave us a tour before we got started which was so nice. I didn’t have to waste time wandering around trying to find machines. The vibe here is just right I got a great workout in. They have some equipment I’ve never used so that was super cool to incorporate some new machines into my routine . And the hydro massage chairs really elevate the experience here. 10/10. I would recommend this gym to anyone visiting Nashville and I would most definitely go here as a member if I were local. Check it out!

QNTM Fit Life is a chill vibe gym. Definitely cringe clientele but that's on par at most popular destination gyms. 24 hrs is a huge plus and they allow guest 24 hr packages at $24, not bad for the amazing quality equipment and awesome staff. I was pleasantly surprised that this is one of the best destination gyms I've attended. Strongly recommend 👌🏾

I have been going to QNTM for a little over week and absolutely love it. Clean and organized gym. The staff are always friendly, welcome you in, and make suggestions on products. They are probably one of the best parts about coming here. Love this place and always look forward to my workouts here.

QNTM is the best gym you will find in Nashville. The facility is open 24 hours and memberships include tanning, red light therapy and massage chairs. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. RC is knowledgeable, helpful, and so motivational! This gym is a perfect fit for people of all fitness levels!

I always love going to QNTM when I'm in the downtown area! The new GM, Andres, is so nice and helpful. His staff (especially Victor) is always kind and makes me feel welcomed with each visit! I love how the day passes are good for 24 hours ($24) so I am able to check out both locations within the 24 hour time frame. While the members remind me of contestants on The Bachelor (lol), I feel comfortable lifting anytime of the day at either location. The gym is always clean and the bathrooms have everything you could think of or need. Can't wait to go back!

Cleanest and safest gym I've been to! The staff is so friendly! They make an effort to remember names and greet you with a smile every time. Equipment has been updated throughout the years. Highly recommend joining if you're thinking about which gym to join.

Really great gym overall! My favorite part about the gym is all the recovery options; hydro-beds, red light therapy, Theraguns, sauna and more. The staff is also very friendly! RC and I have become great friends over time, and he is always so welcoming and able to help with anything I need. Only two minor complaints: the soap in the showers has been empty the last several times I have went to take a shower and the scale in the men's locker room is almost always broken. Other than those two things the gym is great! I definitely recommend.

QNTM changed my life. I've lost over 90 pounds, gained muscle and massively improved my quality of life here. This gym has every piece of equipment you could ask for and they foster an environment that's extremely friendly & social for adults and young adults. The amenities are top-notch and the staff is extremely friendly. It's my favorite gym I've ever been a member of, out of multiple cities/states I've lived in. This is my home away from home, and I recommend it to anybody looking for a new gym.

I’ve been going to QNTM for years. The staff is so friendly! They make an effort to remember names and greet you with a smile every time. Equipment has been updated throughout the years. The only “negative” would be that there are sometimes too many people at the times I go, but honestly that is just a reflection of what a great gym it is!

I have trained overseas and in Michigan, Texas and now Nashville. Overall this gym is somewhat ok, they have unique amenities like theraguns free to use but it will always have malfunctioning equipment (yes like any other) the issue is that it will stay like that for several weeks, if not months. I would change gyms, but this is the only 24x7 that I have found in Nashville area. Also somehow the a/c is frequently messed up, cause when it's cold outside it will be blowing cold air inside as well. And when it's hot outside, we'll let's say you don't even feel the a/c is on Lol. Pictures showing equipment out of service for more than 3 weeks and counting...
