I’ve been going for a few months and I am hooked. The facility is top notch but it is the coaches and the energy in each class that keep me coming. Coach Tim and Coach Austin push me everyday to be better and get stronger. So glad I found this place!!!

This is hands down the best gym and gym atmosphere in Nashville. Feels like I’m training in college again! Already recommended to some friends and they signed up instantly.. loving it here!

I love doing the cardio kickboxing class with coach Tra’Vell, it’s a great workout and gives me a good cardio and strength base for doing my other classes. Would recommend it to anyone who is trying to get in good shape!

The early morning classes are my favorite. The energy and the fun banter make getting up for a 5am or 6am class worth it. Tim is a fantastic coach, helps you start right where you are and makes you feel comfortable while making gains. 5 stars!

Tra’vell is an excellent instructor for cardio kickboxing. He makes the class challenging and fun and really knows what he is doing. I am new to kickboxing and he has been encouraging and patient with my inexperience and helped me want to keep coming!

Been a member since July of 2018! Awesome programming by head trainer Tim. Trainers Austin and Greice know how to keep you motivated in a group setting while still giving you the the one on one attention you might need for those that aren’t as experienced. If you want to overpay for Barry’s or Boothcamp that’s on you, but you’re missing out on the best group fitness gym in Nashville…

I just joined Training Camp Nashville last week and absolutely love it! Everyone is so friendly and encouraging. I was greeted by Jordan who explained the classes to me before I decided what membership to get. My favorite class is the cardio kickboxing with Coach T who always pushes you and makes you sweat. I really enjoy the Ripped class with Austin and Tim as well. Each exercise is explained before we begin and you can always modify if you need to. If you’re looking for a good and fun way to get fit Training Camp Nashville is the place to be!

I've been training at this gym for months. its always clean, it has a helpful, and knowledgeable staff. the building, and equipment are in great condition. the bathrooms, locker rooms, and showers are amazing. it is the best place in Nashville for any fitness training and/ or martial arts.

I've been working out here for almost a year. I really enjoy the workouts and variety available through their different classes. The instructors all have a good understanding of each movement and do a good job of coaching you and warming you up so that you don't get injured. Good warm ups, challenging workouts, and variety keep me coming back looking for more every time!

Training Camp is filled with GOOD People & Energy! I was in town for the Striking seminar, featuring Coach Henry Hooft, Robbie Lawler & Micheal Chandler. I must say.. THANK YOU to Training Camp for hosting!!! The lay out of the gym is nice, plenty of mat space. There were at least 70 people there for the seminar. It was AMAZING experience! I would feel comfortable with getting a membership here if i was a local! I will be back again for sure! I also want to say that Micheal Chandler is a super friendly, professional person, he really enjoys coaching people! Good Stuff Nashville!
