Great gym! Every day is hard and everyday is different. Like everything else in life, you get what you put into it! But all of the tools and knowledge is here to build that machine called your body!

I was reading some of the comments and frankly I don't know what those people were expecting but this has been my experience at this gym.I joined Ergfit a little more then 2 years ago because I was looking for something different then what I was currently doing which by the way wasn't working for me anymore. It was time for a change and these classes were exactly what I needed. The coach/Owner Brad Cadoza is there to help you to become a stronger more healthier version of yourself. At least that's how I see it. He's taught me that I'm stronger and more capable then at the time I gave myself credit for. I wanted to make significant changes in my body and he's given me the tools to do so. I'm still on my journey of becoming a healthier stronger person but I have to say that this man gives me the motivation I need every day I'm in the gym to do better for myself. And the community of people that he has built is pretty cool too.

Its in the middle of a neighborhood, overpriced, loud, they have you run up and down the street which you can do for free. The neighbors hate how loud it is, the weights banging on the floor, the music blasting with the garage door open.
