Started working with Cato January 1st 2021. 90 days later and I'm blown away with the results. I’ve been training with Cato a little less than a year and he has the best workouts that tie in cardio with weights that make you see results and feel better very quickly! He’s also extremely passionate about personal training, which is super important to me when going to a personal trainer. Highly recommend him and his awesome gym!

A good friend of mine who has been training with Cato for three years recommended him to me. I am SO glad I signed up for his personal training! If you’re looking for a trainer that has a positive attitude (not a drill sergeant) and will hold you accountable - go to Cato. He’s got excellent equipment, a wonderful personality and pushes me every time. This is my third week of training and you’ll continue to find me at his gym 3 x a week. Check his place out!

Cato is an amazing trainer who is very patient with every level of client! He knows when to push and is great with changing things up when he knows i was struggling from an injury. I would 100% recommend Cato and his gym if your looking for an Awesome trainer!

Cato is an incredible trainer, focused on real results without injury! He has diverse knowledge of the various muscle groups, and always switches up your workout so each day is different. Cato’s commitment to his client’s health and fitness is incredibly motivating. The private gym setting has state-of-the-art equipment and the best hype music can turn any day into an awesome workout!
