I’ve been workout with Saska for over six months, she is very friendly and professional, when I just started doing workout with her, I don’t really know too much about body fat and how to eat, she taught and help me a lot. Love her!!!!

Saska is amazing. I’ve been training with her for 4 months now. She knew exactly what to focus on for my postpartum workouts and beyond. She took it slow post pregnancy then we ramped up and she has been keeping me in check ever since. I feel better, stronger and healthier all thanks to her. She is extremely knowledgeable, highly motivating and has a realistic approach to attaining a healthy lifestyle and fitness goals. Her attitude and professionalism are top notch. Saska has been training me for the last year or so and I have to say, she's the best trainer for women!! She encourages you and holds you accountable but isn't a drill sergeant. Working out with Saska makes me push myself harder than I would on my own. We chat during our sessions, which helps take my mind off the pain I'm experiencing-- normal pain of course!I'm a mom of 2 little ones and have been out of shape most of my life, I am so thankful I found Saska and highly recommend her to anyone considering a personal trainer.
