This place is the best to help with any recovery or to just stay healthy! I have enjoyed the cryo and the sauna with the red light. The girls who work there are so informative and nice!

Cryo Recovery Lounge is amazing! If you're anything like me, you work hard and play harder which means more often than not you are sore or injured. Cryo Recovery Lounge has everything you need to help you with your recovery needs. I've personally done Cryotherapy, NormaTec, and the Hyperbaric Chamber (it was amazing and I had the best nap of my life afterwards). The staff is amazing, very well informed on all of their services and the lounge has very calming vibe. I highly recommend Cryo Recovery Lounge for all your recovery needs.
