This gym is insane, prime location right in the harbor.Amazing maintained equipment with new ownership.I was told they will be doing a remodel and adding a new look to vamp it up.I can’t wait to see the changes.

Curl Fitness offers NEW state of the art equipment ranging from their TRX body weight system to their amazing HydroMassage system. All of these amenities come at affordable prices. Whether you are barely beginning your fitness journey or you are an experienced physique competitor this is the place to workout. It offers a homey feeling and the large front windows provide excellent lighting. Fitness classes are led by the amazing knowledgeable trainers and they also offer affordable personal training. I love working out here and experimenting with the various sort of resistance training methods that you can apply such as feee weights/machines/resistance bands.

This is the best gym near the coast. Brand new equipment, no waiting for machines cardio is upstairs and has in amazing view I was greeted by Faith she is Great ! It’s so close to all the shopping centers and the classes are also expanding !

This is probably the best gym there is in Newport Beach. Gym is really nice and clean. Showers are surprisingly spotless...Very spacious and right by the beach they have everything you need. Love it!

This gym is insane! I don't think that I've ever been to a gym this nice anywhere. The fact that this is a new facility is incredible because they are off to a great start! Would definitely recommend!

Jury isn’t out yet. After previous owners scammed members out of monthly fees and prepaid trainer sessions before sheepishly and unsuspectedly closing their doors, gym reopens under new ownership (and keeps the same gym name to continue recurring monthly charges - even though I blocked “Curl Fitness” from auto charging my Visa - new company bills the credit card under "Curl Fitness *" -with an asterisk) Feels shady to me. I called my credit card again and the new gym letting them know I did not authorize the charge. They said they’d credit it. Husband went in to check out the supposedly remodeled gym but he said it looks the same - just told they would remodel in 2 mos. It was explained that new owners are a national chain however kept the name Curl to “keep it local and small” why not change the name? I’ll give it another shot - maybe, once their remodels actually happen. It’s a shame, Diana and Dione ran the gym into the ground once they took over from Jill. It was such a cool gym. Booooo! UPDATE: After a bit of time, the new owners have rectified all wrongfully posted charges and that was all it took to come back to Curl. I hear my trainers are back and even my fav, Spencer, is back! Maybe my old (yet new) Curl is back!!! I’ll be joining again, everything looks clean, well organized and back to normal! No remodels yet but I honestly feel Curl is great as is! Yay! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Great place ,very nice staff, helps you with any request.The place is always clean and well maintained, including rest rooms and showers.I will definitely renew my membership and recommend to anyone I know.Keep up the good work.

Really good gym for anyone! Machines are new, and has everything you need for any workout and you can tell they keep up with their maintenance and cleanliness. Keeping my membership here for sure.
