I’ve been training off and on with Michelle for about 3 years. She is very professional, always positive and knows how to mix it up. You’ll never be bored, definitely sore and sweaty but never bored.Now that she has her own gym, I am taking her group classes. They are very focused and she keeps them small so that everyone gets the attention and training they need. It’s always frustrating doing group classes at other spots when there’s a million people and the instructor doesn’t even pay attention to your form or that you’re even doing it properly. When working out with Michelle, she makes sure you do it properly and if you have any injury or pain, she has a great alternate movement for you to do instead.I highly recommend Happy and Sweaty to anyone and everyone. It’s great for all levels and you’ll never feel intimidated going in there. I can’t wait to see what new things are added as the gym grows.10/10 :)

I have known and trained with Michelle the past 3 years and she is the most motivating and knowledgeable trainer I’ve ever worked with. She knows how to push you right when I feel like I can’t do it, however her motivation just allows me to keep going. I have never left a workout with her without feeling so strong and great. If you are looking for a trainer who will make you see results, Michelle is your girl.

Michelle is the best! I’m so happy I found this private gym and bought private sessions with her! It was worth every penny. I came in a newbie to lifting and she taught me all the fundamentals and proper form and made exercise super fun. I really looked forward to each of my sessions and could feel myself getting stronger each time. It’s not an intimidating place to be at all, compared to a lot of the other gyms out there. Michelle is so welcoming and all of her other clients that I’ve met are so nice - it’s a great community of people looking to improve themselves. I would totallly recommend investing in yourself and training with her!

I love coming to Happy & Sweaty! The studio space is immaculately clean and organized. Michelle my trainer is motivating and she makes it fun to workout. I’m new to weight lifting and she makes me feel very comfortable by explaining and showing me what and how toLift properly. Michelle also gives me healthy food tips for cleaner eating and a healthy lifestyle! It’s a great place to be Happy & Sweaty!!!

I love this gym because the trainers are fantastic and all of the equipment is up to date. I appreciate the quality of services as well. Michelle ensures that you are completing all of the exercises correctly. She observes you and teaches you how to handle the equipment properly. She doesn't make you feel rushed in any way and will work with you if you have any limitations or injuries. I've been training at this gym for the past few months, and I noticed that I'm getting stronger! Michelle has a lot of experience in this field and helps you build more confidence in your strength training abilities. If you are a newbie to exercise or strength training, don't fear! Such a great gym! They take pride in everything they do, and you can tell. The equipment is super high-end, and everything is super clean and organized. Plus, it's really cute and right across the street from the beach!All of the trainers really know what they're doing. The classes they offer are actual weight training classes, and they're small so it makes you feel like you're getting semi-private training for a fraction of the price! However, if you're looking for private personal training, this is definitely the spot.I've trained with Michelle for years, and she's so encouraging and fun! She pushes me because she knows what my body is capable of because she's actually taken the time to get to know me.Can't say enough great things about this place!

If you’re looking for a trainer that is extremely motivating and pushes you to be the best you can be than you have to check out Michelle and her awesome gym! I started my fitness journey with her and i couldn’t be more happier with my choice. Not only did she help me lose 80lbs, but she also helped me gain muscle simultaneously! She offers both private training and group training which are both amazing! She is big on form and technique in-order to prevent injury’s and maximize your muscle gains. Her gym is very well up-kept with all new state of the line equipment. Highly recommend you taking one of her class!!

I’ve been training with Michelle for almost a year now. Her newly opened gym is perfect for 1:1 and small group training. Every workout is just the right amount of challenging. I really enjoy the specialized 1:1 training she provides. She has diet check-in’s and customized/detailed workouts for the days you aren’t in the gym. The group classes are great too, it’s an awesome group of people/community. Everyone is welcoming, at different levels and keeps each other motivated!
