Shirley runs our Corporate Fitness Challenges and goes above and beyond to meet each participant where they are and guides them to healthier habits, exercises and nutrition. What I love about Shirley is she walks the talk and authentically shares her tips on progress and pushing outside of the comfort zone to find lasting results. She is fierce, strong, compassionate, and passionate. I highly recommend hiring Shirley for individual or group training. She leads by example and promotes better living.

In addition to her extensive knowledge of physical fitness she incorporates mental fitness and nutrition in her workout routines for a comprehensive experience. I love Shirley! I have been working out with Shirley for years, I think it goes back to almost 2002...Wow, I can't believe that! She has a passion for health and fitness and shares it with her clients. You will learn from Shirley and also change your body for the better, both mentally and physically! I have been working out and training with Shirley for a several years. I have taken many different fitness class from her; Strongboard, Tabata, Strength and Conditioning, Yoga and even Country Line Dancing. Shirley is always well prepared for all her class and is able to work with everyone no matter what their fitness ability. What I like most about Shirley is her genuine concern for all her students and encouragement she provided to everyone in her classes. She never makes you feel uncomfortable when making suggestions and corrections to make sure you are using proper form when working out and lifting weights. She makes all her classes fun while we are sweating and working hard. She even has a nutrition back ground and she is always sharing tips on good eating habits.I would highly recommend Shirley if you are looking for a fitness professional to help you get into your best fitness condition.
