I have been doing physical therapy for years, working with several physical therapy offices in Orange County. The PT offices I visited worked on volume and I only spent a small percentage of my time with the licensed physical therapist. Her diagnosis was confirmed by a highly rated orthopedic surgeon, making this a significant breakthrough. Finally, after three years of misdiagnosis, I embarked on an effective physical therapy plan.In addition to eliminating the back pain for the first time in three years, I also improved my core strength, balance, gait and posture. She taught me they are all tied together. I am back to the gym for cardio and weight training, making good progress.It has been several months since I stopped physical therapy. I've worked with various Physical Therapists rehabbing after surgery or injuries many times. Working with LC at Stabilize has been the best PT experience I've had. LC is an amazing resource, her knowledge and ability to put a program together that works for her patients contributed greatly to my successful recovery from spinal fusion surgery.
