I've had the honor of practicing with Brynn over the years; always admiring her beautiful grace and poise in her postures. I never thought I would be a "candidate" for a Teacher Training program. I did know, however, that if I ever enrolled in a Training program, it would be with Brynn.10+ years later, I finally got the courage to go for it. With Brynn, I also realized EVERYONE is a candidate for this program - "advanced" yogis who want to take a deeper dive into their practice, those who want to take some quiet self care and study time, as well as those who want to teach.Brynn's curriculum showcased a thoughtful blend of theoretical knowledge and practical application. Her well-structured class provided a comprehensive understanding of the history, philosophy, and anatomy of yoga. Brynn, with her wealth of experience and expertise, delivered the material in a way that was not only informative but also deeply engaging. The depth of knowledge I gained during the training has undoubtedly enhanced my understanding of yoga, creating a strong desire for me to continue my yoga journey.I wholeheartedly recommend True Flow Yoga to anyone seeking a 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training who wants to learn in a small setting and goes beyond the basics. The program has not only equipped me with the knowledge and skills to teach yoga effectively but has also left an indelible mark on my personal growth and spiritual journey.

It pains me to have to write this review, I tried my hardest to get this situation resolved without having to. I had the worst experience with the owner of this company. Long story short, I signed up for yoga teacher training and then last minute I had a schedule change with my job that requires me to be back and forth from CA to AZ and the dates and time conflict with the teacher training course. I reached out to Brynn 2 weeks prior to the start date to inform her of my situation. She told me that she would refund me half of what I paid if she could get someone to take my spot. I paid $3200 in full at the time I signed up for the course when I was only required to pay $600 then make payments, but I decided to pay in full. 2 days later I reached out to her bc I found someone who wanted to take my place, but she told me that someone already signed up in that 2 days. I asked her to refund me in full (minus the $600 deposit) and she said no. After I received half of the money back I asked her again if she could refund me the rest of the money as now she was making $1600 off of me for not even using her services plus $3300 for the new person that signed up with her (her price increased by $100 since I signed up). I explained to her that I understand her taking the $600 deposit, but it is only fair that she refund me the $1000 since she filled the spot in 2 days and declined the person I had to take my spot. She very rudely told me that she will not refund me. I’m literally at a loss of words for how horrible Brynn handles her business. Where is the good yogi juju in this situation? I would think twice before working with this woman. People like this should not be teaching something that is meant to be so peaceful and special. Sign up at your own risk.

I took Brynn's training back in 2013 and to say it was life-changing would be the biggest understatement. I originally signed up, with no intention of teaching and without any idea what I was in for. As someone who needs to know the what/why/how's of everything, I really just wanted to learn about the art and science of Yoga in a structured format. Boy oh boy. It rocked my world. Throughout the training, I not only learned way more than I thought I could understand about Yoga itself, but I learned more about myself, my self-imposed limitations, and my power than I even knew was possible. Another bonus was that the intimate experience pushed me to make new friends that aligned with my state of mind, which has always been hard for this introvert. By the time the training had ended, I was a new person and I knew I was never going to live the life I had made for myself up until that point. I made a 180 with my career path, left my corporate job, and have managed to make a successful career of the Vedic Sciences for the past decade!! I will also add that I noticed a HUGE difference in not only my understanding of true yoga in comparison to graduates if other YTT schools, but also in the teaching methodologies and confidence that Brynn instilled in me. Even though I run my own YTT now, I still work with Brynn in different capacities and will forever recommend this training to anyone who asks for a suggestion. Truly remarkable person and Yoga school bundled in one.

Signing up with True Flow Yoga’s 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training was the best decision I have made in my yoga and healing journey. I had no idea what yoga was before signing up. At that point in time I only knew yoga from youtube videos and the physical practice. Brynn opened up my world to the philosophy of yoga and the many different styles of yoga. It was such an experience to practive each style and feel them in my own body. True Flow Yoga was a safe space to grow and expand physically as well as mentally. I dug deep into who I am, what I want to bring to the world, and how I am going to move forward after yoga teacher training. Brynn’s yoga teacher training is well thought out gradually increasing as you become more familiar with yoga. She is humble and brings in experts to expand upon the different verticals of yoga. Brynn’s yoga teacher training is incredibly organized and professional. I truly enjoyed my 200 hour yoga teacher training with Brynn and wish I could do it all over again. It honestly changed my life and how I go about my days.

I just completed Brynn's 200-Hour Yoga Training. So excited! I can confidently say that it was a truly transformative and life-changing experience. While some of us entered the training with the intention of becoming yoga teachers and some of us not, we all discovered so much more along the way. Brynn opened the doors to the amazing world of yoga. There were so much depth and richness to explore. What sets Brynn apart is not only her exceptional teaching skills, strong anatomy background, deep understanding of yoga sutra, but also her genuine passion for sharing her knowledge. She went above and beyond to ensure that we received a comprehensive education, making the training worth every penny. Brynn's expertise and ability to convey complex yoga concepts or advanced yoga poses in an understandable way were truly remarkable.Beyond the technical aspects of teaching, the training also had a profound impact on my personal growth. During a challenging period in my life, Brynn's guidance and the support of my fellow classmates became invaluable. The nurturing and supportive environment created in the training allowed me to navigate through difficult times and come out stronger on the other side. One of the things I appreciated most about Brynn's approach was the individualized attention she provided. By keeping the class sizes small, she ensured that each of us had the opportunity to be heard and have our questions answered. She made the classes enjoyable and inclusive, regardless of our personality types. Whether we were shy, outgoing, quiet, or outspoken, we all found our voice in the class. The training also helped me overcome limiting beliefs I had about teaching yoga. Brynn's encouragement and guidance instilled a newfound confidence in me. I now feel equipped to practice yoga for a lifetime, and I am grateful for the tools I gained to continue on this path.I am truly grateful to have taken this training with Brynn and to have connected with such a wonderful group of classmates. The experience was not only informational but also deeply enriching on a personal level. If you are looking for an experienced and amazing teacher who is dedicated to sharing her knowledge, look no further. Brynn's training will not only transform your understanding of yoga but also provide you with the support and guidance needed for your own journey. ❤️
