*Update they added our yoga classes back temporarily at 8am Monday and Wednesday 8:30am but said our attendance needs to be higher* please join us if you can! We have a great community that supports each other and is better then any yoga class I’ve ever taken elsewhere. Super friendly and we lift each other up, can’t do something Allison always offers great modifications you will always leave Allison’s class in a better place then you started, great way to start your day.Leaving the below review so management can do better since again they are not very responsive when you do contact them about a concern. 1 star for management, 5 stars for yogaThis 1 star rating is based on management. I really feel like they do not listen to their members or care. I have been taking 3-4 yoga classes a week there and they continue to cut classes (Sunday a few months ago now Monday and Wednesday classes). I became disabled last year due to a neurological disorder that took away my ability to walk and once I got back to walking I started doing yoga again and took the bus as I couldn’t drive due to my disorder to the Monday and Wednesday class, the instructor Allison was so encouraging and helpful in gaining my strength back & her class also helped me deal with the emotional toll of having health problems. She puts so much thought into her classes and building a class that is a community. They decided to cut both her classes and I reached out to Anthony via email and never heard back and finally cornered him at the gym Monday told him how impactful this class is and urged him to keep at least one of Allison’s classes after hearing my story just said “thanks for the feedback” like a robot. How does someone not have more of a response when you tell them your intense health struggles & how a class helped you through that. I also asked for the main gym manager to call me to discuss and I’ve never had them call me same thing happened when they cut the Sunday yoga class I tried to talk to the manager left my number and no call. Management here does not care if they don’t re instate one of Allison’s classes I’ll be forced to cancel my membership. I would not recommend this gym at all based on management. Also, throwing it out there mental health has been hard for everyone since the pandemic and your going to cut yoga classes? Do better EŌS!

NO TO RACISM AND DISCRIMINATION!!Today was one of those horrible days caused by a person who has no empathy towards other people and I am referring to an Eos gym worker, I asked him his name and he said his name was Erick because this worker made me feel discriminated against because he did not want to I activated my 7 days of pass and besides he had a terrible attitude, very rude and grotesque and the worst thing was that he didn't speak Spanish and the only thing he said was that he didn't know what I was trying to tell him he only made excuses for not helping me with I got my 7-day pass and he just wanted me to get out of there and he even refused to call another person who did speak Spanish, making me feel uncomfortable and embarrassed about the situation and I asked him about his manager and he answered that he wasn't there, he didn't want me. He didn't say the name of the manager nor did he give me any information, he just made fun and then a certain Ali arrived who, according to him, was the manager and when I informed him what had happened and explained why that situation affected me too much, since I have severe depression and what the employee Eos gym Erick caused me, it should not be taken as a joke, and the manager Ali was another one who made fun of the situation, making my existence more difficult, the reason I write this review is because I want you to have empathy towards the other people of whom We can't have that kind of attitude with people, and even less so because we don't know what they are going through at that moment, what they have been suffering, whether they are good, oh bad, whether they are happy, oh no, and only one word can make the other person decides to stop living for something that is nothing to them, besides they work publicly in a place where there will always be different types of people, if they don't like it they should look for another job where they don't have contact with clients, I hope that Ali doesn't Be a manager because what a shame what happened today and obviously I will cancel my Eos membership and continue with 24hrs fitness where the manager and staff do take these types of problems seriously. I'm only leaving one star and that's because it's mandatory that you put even one star to leave the comment.!

Always crowded and horrible management. Water filter is sometime yellow or red, rarely green. One of the worker LIED to me when I was trying sign up, think he lied to another person from another review too. He said I can’t sign up with the deal online on my own and I HAVE to use my bank routings info and it’s IMPOSSIBLE for me to use my credit card. I went online and I sign up and did everything he said I couldn’t.Now I’m trying to downgrade my membership and contacted for help and they never gotten back to me until I reached out to the Kelly Baley email, the one that kept replying to these bad reviews. She answered but once I told her I wanted to downgrade my membership she never reply again, been over a month. Probably because they want to prolonged the membership and money.Having employees stand around in front to say hi doesn’t cover up the fact that it’s still run by scammy and unhelpful people who are just trying to take advantage of you. That’s the gym moto but this one does a horrible job at trying to hide it.There much better gym like Golds. Even crunch and planet fitness has better management. Save yourself the headache.

Said a “7 day free trial” but it’s not. There are strings attached. They want you to sign a contract for a month.I don’t even live in the area right now, but I’m moving soon.Best to under promise and overdeliver. Not over promise and underdeliver

I'm impressed with how clean they keep the gym. However, I'm not impressed with the cheap quality of the ellipticals, stationary bikes, and the majority of the treadmills. There are 4 treadmills and 2 ellipticals that are higher quality, not very many for the size of the gym.

I have been a member here since its opening.Recently, i have been in the gym almost every day for the last 3 months. In all that time, i doubt i have been in the locker room even one time when someone wasnt taking pictures and or videos. Im sure that doesnt bother some people, but i prefer not to appear naked on instagram unless I post it myselfThe pool and spa are a mess. Every day people go straight from the gym floor or sauna to the pool and spa without even changing cloths let alone showering or at least rinsing off. I am strongly considering finding another gym.

Dirty showers, dirty gym with no one cleaning machines. the cleaning clip board hadn’t been signed for hrs in men’s room. Chewed gum in the lockers. All the corners dirty like they just mop the middle and never really deep clean.Shower vents filled with dust above you and no water pressure. 14 employees from my count standing around doing nothing. Crazy to have that much over head and no one’s cleaning. Like doesn’t matter your job title clean. No towels in the vending machine also. Have the paper towel holders were empty.
