I've been dropping in to take Zumba and FIT camp classes here for about 2 years now. Classes cost $4 dollars. You get more than your money's worth in the intensity and energy of the classes. I've taken HIIT classes at other studios that cost 2 or 3 times what the FIT bootcamp class costs. It's my favorite. Debbie , the instructor, is a beast...but a nice one like the one in Where the Wild Things Are. 😊 she's got loads of energy. I appreciate that she makes sure we have the proper form when doing the exercises. For my non-Hispanic folk... several of the instructors here mostly teach the class in Spanish. I dont mind it. It helps me brush up and stay on my toes. There are Zumba, FIT boot camp lasses starting from 6 am until 9 pm. Note: if you're a really punctual person and expect that when you arrive at 8 the class will have already started.. nope! It'll be give or take 5-10 minutes. Flexible start times aside, you really can't beat the quality of the workouts for the price point at this studio.
