Never have a problem finding a machine here. Never packed but usually a good amount of people really chill crowd.

Very clean. Nice atmosphere. Plenty machines to meet your fitness goals. I love it

The place is spotless..the smiles are genuine, however, i have bad legs and i use crutches, to which they will hurry to the entrance doors either coming in or leaving..i have lived in Lakewood for 66 years and i am truly proud to know my new family...thk u for allowing me to express my grayitude

Place is a great place to work out. But today, saw that they let the guests choose the music to be playing throughout the gym, and some of it was depressing. They should go back to the random music videos, etc.

I updated my review.The management never contacted me or reply it. First of all,I have been 5 years membership at PF.I don’t want to give one start the location. but PF staff Diana and her friend (other lady) I don’t know her name.They don’t know CR (customer relationships) They need good education and training. They have to take CRM class from an University. Also,I read reviews everyone complained about Diana behavior.Diana and her friend aren’t friendly at work.Yesterday was raining and my sport shoes were wet.I wasn’t able to dry and use it at PF.I have sandals but Diana friend made a problem.Diana also wanted block my membership.She wanted to call my home PF club. Her friend was gone.Diana just kept talking me. She needs good education.The location needs cleaning.Diana and her friend have to kept the clean the location.They shouldn’t blame me and bother me it’s not only me.They do other members.Diana doesn’t franchise policy.Planet fitnesses are same everywhere.I hope general manager or location owner will see and they make investigate Diana and her friend reason.

This PF STAFF (Diana) at this club is the worst employee ever. She is very immature,and has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. She has a negative attitude and uses her employment to bully customers. She refused to let me workout because of an issue she said I had with my home club, she was loud and embarrassing at front desk with my personal account. After humiliating me I speak with my home club and they were SHOCKED at how she handled the situation and said she was a horrible representative for Planet Fitness. There was no issue with my home club. She acted like a tyrant for NO REASON other than she has authority issues. Her outbursts and embarrassment of customers is unprofessional ..Her negative attitude has kept my workout team of 10 far away from that location. There is no place for immature negative totalitarian attitudes in a Gym of all places. She makes PF look really bad.

I agree with the freakishly clean comment posted earlier. Good mix of members from very young to very old, Everyone seems friendly, quiet, and respectful . I’ve been here three months so still a new member… Great gym.

Ate donuts here for pre workout love it. The girl at the reception counter was nice with good customer service. Just kidding about the donuts but no diss on planet fitness, you can make any gym a good sesh as long as the equipment is there. It is a commercial gym but the price beats any place other than chuze but pretty sure owned by the same company.

I am from out of town and travel to CA every month for work. I decided to try this gym rather than my hotel fitness center. During the hour that I was at this PF, not one person wiped down their machine. I saw just one sanitation station tucked away in a far corner. Disgusting. I will never return.

Normally I would say this gym is great and clean. The staff is real nice, however I think that management needs to enforce their policies and make sure the environment is better for people going.Recently there have been frequent occurrences such as groups of 6+ boys at one machine, people taking over 3+ sets of weights/machines with no consideration, people not placing things back they just leave them around, people on phone calls, on August 16th there was a guy at the free weights playing his own music on speaker phone, also I’m attaching this photo of a man that took over 2 benches to sit on one and place all of his stuff on the other you will also notice that there aren’t enough benches cuz people are moving them throughout the gym.I just hope that the employees are actively paying attention and making sure people are being decent gym goers.
