The community at The Camp in Cypress has been so amazing and supportive through out the entire challange and classes. When I signed up for the Bikini challange I was nervous and unsure if I would succeed. Luckily I received all the information I needed and everyone was helpful in answering my questions. I really followed all the instructions and work outs and was able to lose over 5% body fat! Honestly the best part of the experience has been being around a community of motivated individuals and sharing a common goal, it's really helped to follow the program. I've accomplished so much more than I would of on my own and am stronger than I've ever been. The workouts also never get easier because they accomadate all the weights and exercises to keep challenging you! That said, they also accommodate exercises for all levels and injuries as well.
